My boyfriend went in to get me something. I have to be dairy free. He told me the lady that he asked about dairy free options. In a very snotty attitude and tone she told him “you can just take the cheese off.” Didn’t end up ordering anything. This would have been our first time at this establishment however things did not go as planned.

My sandwich had the staff members glove wrapped in it. I showed it to the staff and asked for a new sandwich and she apologized and tried to tell me the gloves didnt touch her hands so it’s fine and I didn’t need a new sandwich… they also gave my husband a cold sandwich (we ate there) so it wasn’t heated up all the way. We were so excited to go there and left beyond disappointed.

The last 7ish times I went my egg is green….it doesn’t taste great I always end up taking it off. I think they have good bagels but they need to do something about these green eggs.

They can usually make your order pretty quick. Nice staff. I ordered a Zesty Egg White today on Rosemary and she made it on the Everything bagel. I hate Everything bagels but I didn't notice until I left so I wasted $7 on a bagel I don't like because she made it wrong. Really frustrated.
