PLEASE GOD teach your weekend morning staff how to make iced honey oat milk crafted presses. I didn't know it was possible to screw them up THIS bad. literally rancid. I could taste it in my mouth for like 2 hours. holy. oh my God. PLEASE. I have been ordering them every single time for over a year now and this is the first time I've actually had to throw it away. I am so devastated. I'm going easy because I'm assuming they're new hires or something but PLEASE TRAIN THEM.

They aren't smart enough to figure out the rewards program and use your points even if you give them the code to scan on the app.

Nice coffee shop that I visit a lot. Can get busy and loud at times but not very often. Staff are all nice and courteous. Only down side is they clean the place once at shutdown and tables can be left dirty all day.

There was no line in front of me, and the guy still took over ten minutes to get my lemon slice and matcha latte. He made no other beverages. I stood at the counter, unnoticed for a few minutes

came here excited to try a new drink, but one of the employees, an older woman, was being rude straight from the get go for no reason. i tried to be polite and patient with her, but she still gave off an attitude. i don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it doesn’t excuse her for being rude to customers who had nothing to do with it.

Horrible. Paid over $7 for a drink I get almost regularly at Caribou. I noticed it looked wrong so I questioned if it was the drink on the menu and she said yes but it wasn’t. I told her she needed to put oat milk IN the cold brew to make the iced oat milk crafted oat milk cold foam. She poured some in and it just wasn’t the same. I asked for more and she put more in but basically my drink was ruined. I left with it to avoid asking her a third time to fix it only to throw it away after three sips.
