My favorite thing about Caribou is consistency. No matter which location I visit, they have each tasted the same - refreshing. I have yet to have a bad customer service experience, always friendly.

Couldn't get my birthday drink today cause I miss my window. Birthday is 2/4. And she said no it was to late. That was a disappointment. It should be the whole month that you should be able to get it.

Caribou is always a pretty safe bet for a beverage. As a lover of whipped cream on top of my drinks I always request it, but I have never received whipped cream on my drink. It may be because I utilize the app to order but it’s frustrating that I never get the best part of the drink when I order it.
