This location isn’t as good as other locations, we got 3 bowls and 2 of them missed ingredients or had excessive amount of dressing. The loyalty program is disappointing because they don’t care here.

Whenever an online order is placed many ingredients seem to be missing. My husband surprised me with the Ah Greek out and a children’s bowl for my son, and they both were missing the chicken. When I spoke to my husband about it he said his salad was missing 3 of his upgrade ingredients. This is not the first or second time this has happened. These salads and bowls are not cheap, so for it to consistently happen is a huge disappointment. My husband wrote in with his concerns, and it has been two weeks with no response. Historically we have also had to wait 20-30+min longer than the estimated pick up time for our orders as well. This is hard to do with a young child. I would like to add that when we go in to order or eat in the store the food and service is always great.
