I ordered a chicken sandwich without mayonnaise and a hamburger. The manager noticed that I emphasized that I did not want cheese or mayo. She clarified if it was an allergy or a preference. I sincerely appreciated this level of service.
The food itself was served quickly. It was warm and delicious. I definitely recommended this location and will return.

They got my order wrong in the drive thru so I called to let them know and they offered to mail me a coupon so I gave them my info but it has been almost 2 months and haven't seen anything in the mail yet.

Waited 25 minutes in curbside after clicking "I'm here". Went in and waited in line. When finally got to front, got cold hot food and warm drink pulled from the pile. There were about 20 orders in bags ready, but none getting delivered to customers. These bags were on counter, not under heat lamps. Do not even meeting food safety standards. Staff just kept bagging orders. Only worse experience I have had at a restaurant is when a different place forgot to make my order then when complained try to deliver and charge for when the group was ready to leave.

We love visiting Culver's for my child and for myself as well. The quality is always top shelf and the service as well. The employees are well trained and very helpful and personable. Parking at this Culver's is very easy and free. Plenty of parking no matter the time of day.

They have the drive-thru completely blocked with parking slots for people waiting for their orders! We had to wait almost 10 minutes before we could leave with our food, because we got ours before two cars in front of us did! Crazy! Do NOT use the drive-thru in Stillwater!!

Slow. You don’t visit a Culver’s with the expectation you’ll be out under 20 minutes. Food is good, but not good enough.
I waited 30 minutes for a takeout order, and they screwed it up. I’m about done with Culver’s as an organization.

I ordered chili supreme & got the plain. I told the waitress it was not right & she insisted the extras were in the chili. They were not. My friend talked to the manager who almost kicked him out and got no place. I asked for a manager and said I want one of 2 things. A refund or the chili that I was supposed to get. I did get a refund. However the service for the entire table was bad. My friend didn’t get his burger until my Luke warm chili was gone! Our table never did get wiped. Culver’s you need to do better!!!!
