I went to dq yesterday. ..I ordered a 4piece honey BBQ meal.thier was so much sauce that I couldn't eat it.i found the fries to be limp and barely warm..I paid $12 00for the meal but I threw it away...I am not going back except for ice cream....I did however go to walmart,bought a bag of Tyson honey BBQ chickens trips and a bag of frozen French fries,went home threw them in my airfryer and I had a hot tasty meal..did I mention for $15 bucks I can have 3 or 4 meals..bye bye dairy queen!?

If you want Dairy Queen, I would suggest driving farther because this was horrible. I went here while babysitting and their entire lobby was fully because everyone was waiting for their food. When we finally ordered the individual who took our order, rudely said “so are you ready or not.” After I ordered the blizzard I get every single time, at many other locations, I was told they cannot make that. Then a woman came up and asked what I wanted, she said they could make it. I thought we were at an actual sit down restaurant with how long it took to get our food. Then my blizzard came out with colored chunks in it (it was supposed to be mint) and it had red, blue, and purple remnants in it. And I found many of those in it. The lobby was also very dirty.

Stopped here this evening to order some blizzards. The car line was wrapped around the building so I sent my daughter in to get the order. We waited over 25 minutes for 3 blizzards. Why do you prioritize the people who are sitting in their vehicles instead of those who are actually in front of you?

(07/26/24 at 3 pm). Stopped with grandson to have ice cream, when entering I noticed the blackened filthy inside door handle, could not find a clean table went to restroom to get paper towels to clean our table and dispenser was empty, got some napkins went to wipe down table and should have taken a photo of the black on the white napkins. Filthy and disgusting can only imagine what the food preparation area is like. Will not go back to this store obviously a management problem.
