Disappointing experience. We've been ordering at OPH location for about a year. The past six months, the pizza and pasta quality has gone downhill. Ordered and paid for extra cheese and sauce on several pizzas. Missed the mark on both items. Dry and flavorless pizza. Pasta bowls not completely filled and minimal pasta sauce. Noticed the employees don't wear gloves or cover their hair when food prepping. We like the friendly employees. Unfortunately, due to substandard food quality and less than sanitary conditions- we won't be returning.

I live in a duplex upstairs and it says in the driver knows in the upstairs apartment while the driver clean he left it on my mailbox outside and when I called and talked to the manager they refused to send me another order because they said my delivery driver called me. And wont refund my money. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Had a bad experience with a driver today, but the awesome manager was very very helpful, apologetic and went out of his way to make things right!
We have had many great deliveries in the past several years from this location. Today we ordered about 100$ of pizza for kids at our pool party. Driver left pizza at the door, never rang to doorbell-(which they always do and I would have been alerted to this on my phone while out back at pool) driver only knocked like twice , waited less than 30 seconds, then set all pizzas on front steps and left. When I realized pizza had been left, I came around house from pool to find my dog had eaten half of our entire order! :-(
But spoke with manager and he refunded our order and even gave generous future credit for free pizzas! I will definitely give them another chance, but hope this driver Learns from the mistake and it doesn’t happen to another person. Now we wait to see how sick the dog might get tonight….

They didn’t knock on my door for delivery they never showed up to the right address and they called me and said either I come and get my food or they will cancel my order and they also threatened me when I got there so don’t ever order from dominoes in Stillwater mn

I ordered a New York style pizza with three toppings on it. They delivered it to the wrong house, then offered me A free pizza of the same but when I tried ordering the pizza that I already paid for, but didn’t get they charged me an additional $12 plus they wouldn’t deliver it because it was under the minimum so I guess they got me… You can’t call them they don’t answer their phone
