The foods tastes like they just microwave frozen grocery store food and then upcharge it. On top of that, the wait for the bill is excessively long, which only adds to the frustration

What a disappointment. If you like Ragu jarred sauce on your macaroni the eat here. I ordered Rigatoni and sausage and it sucked. To top it off the sausage was out of the casing and crumbled like ground meat in the Rigatoni. It needs to be left in the casing like a link. If you were to get this served that way in NYC or anyplace back east tasting like Ragu they would have just got up and left. My wife had GF pizza and she only ate one slice caused it sauce and crust wasn’t even enjoyable or tasty.

Great experience, food was excellent and service was amazing! Andres recommended great appetizers and wine. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel at home! Highly recommend!
We grabbed a quick lunch. It was not busy as it was a weekday. We were seated quickly and our food arrived quickly. We ordered gnocchi pasta and caprese sandwich. The bread on the sandwich was very tasty. Soft in texture. Kids menu pizza was ok.

We’d never been to Gio’s before but now we wonder how we made it without for so long? The food is simply amazing. The red sauce is perfect. The meatballs are delicious! Pizza, oh my! We went in on Thursday but by Friday we needed more! So we ordered to go. All the same things we’d had the night before! How long does one need to wait in between before it gets weird? We don’t care. We think we’ll go whenever we darn well feel like it. The wait staff are amazing. The nicest hard working group of young women who truly enhanced our experience.
Ordered out, pizza was fantastic (pepperoni and sausage are so good)
Charcuterie board was awful though, especially for the price. Pickles are not good, it had only 4 slices of salami and 1 slice of prosciutto, breads and crackers were wet and stale (why is it all sitting on top of arugula or something?). It was probably 70% cheese by weight and volume. Not nearly enough crackers for the amount of cheese, and not enough meat for the crackers!
Just stick with the pizza and you'll be fine

Wonderful experience. Across the board, staff were kind, personable, and professional, and we felt very welcome. The atmosphere is spacious, yet cozy, warm, and fun. We all enjoyed our meals, and the Pisa sandwich was legendary. Highly recommend.
