I want to like this place so much cause the vibe was awesome & staff very friendly. Super cute coffee shop with bike theme decor, merch, baked goods, and electric bike shop in the back. Drink came quickly but my traditional cappuccino was awful. I’m not looking for an “Americanized” sugary, milky capp. This tasted badly burnt with scalded milk. Hoping it was a fluke with staff trying to get through the orders since the shop gets rave reviews otherwise. Still bought the stickers for my water bottle. If I ever return to quaint Stillwater, I’ll give it another go.

A popular but small and often crowded coffee shop in downtown Stillwater. We stop in often, and sometimes have to share a table with strangers. Last time there, every seat was taken at 9:30 a m. We waited 10 minutes but nothing opened up, so we reluctantly went somewhere else.

Great place for coffee and a bite in the morning. They have UP coffee from twin cities and it’s tasty! Bike rentals in back and a beautiful sunrise if you’re an early bird.
Coffee shop is open atmosphere and there were some very loud people when we went. Scone was delicious and drip coffee is very good. Reasonable prices.

The owners/baristas are ALWAYS so friendly here. I grew up in Stillwater (90s kid) and discovered Green Bridge Coffee summer of 2020. I’d say it’s a testament to their resilience to have made it as a business with all of that going on, and it speaks to their creative business strategies (i.e. e-bike rentals) and warmly welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had their coffee/drinks the most and they’re always excellent! I always intend to leave a Google review, now that I’ve been back a bunch of times over the years and always suggest it to out of town friends visiting Stillwater, but I keep forgetting!! So, here’s my long-overdue review. P.S. The young lady in my video (July 8, 2023) was my girlfriend… and now she’s my wife. ? All the more reason to bring your date to Green Bridge haha!
