Straight Scammin

I placed an app order for counter pickup and stood at the counter the entire time. After 14 minutes with no orders coming out at all, I asked an employee to check on my order. I was told they “didn’t receive it.” I then showed my confirmation email with the correct location and timestamp.
Instead of helping, the employee said the order looked “fishy” and implied I was trying to scam them. She then claimed the order had already been given to “the right person.” When I calmly asked how she knew it was the right person, she couldn’t answer. She then said someone probably took it and that “it happens all the time,” yet still refused to remake my meal.

I remained pleasant the entire time. After another 10 minutes of unnecessary back-and-forth, nearly 24 minutes after ordering, a manager was finally involved. Only then did they agree to remake the order. That replacement took an additional 15 minutes.
So yes — almost 40 minutes total for a $5 meal that I had proof I paid for.
To make it worse, about 8 minutes after I placed my original order, another order was placed on my account at a completely different location nowhere near me. I did not place or authorize that order. Yet somehow I was the one accused of scamming.

Someone is scamming somebody at this location and it isn’t me. Either food is being handed out improperly, orders are being taken and denied, or account/payment information is being misused. Pay attention: your food can be taken, denied, and your card information can be used elsewhere.
Meanwhile, employees in the back were moving slowly, singing, and acting completely nonchalant, with no urgency or concern for customers waiting.

3 times now, I’ve tried to use my app in the drive through and each time I’m told that my number is not valid, so I end up having to park and go into the store and do it there and it works. The most recent time was last week(12-11)
I let the manager know this and his response was “that’s weird.” Nothing about let me look into this, or let me follow up with you”
Now today, (12-15) my wife went there went through the drive-through. They told her she already paid, she told them no I didn’t, they called an Asian lady up to the window
who rung her up a second time, took her money and refused to give her her change .
My wife asked two times for her change. The other employee was also telling The Asian gal that she needs to give her her change. The Asian gal kept telling her “ No, you need to go.” Finally, my wife said keep the money and left
This place has gotten so bad. I don’t think I will go here anymore. There are plenty of other McDonald’s nearby or in Stillwater.
How can anyone support a business when they refuse to give you your change, granted it was only $.22 but it got to the point where it was principle In the fact that the employee flat out refused to give a customer their change

Tiffany the store manager is a real peice of work, I go to pick up my mobile order and she is like what did you order to verify my order, I showed her my mobile phone with the order and she still 3rd degree questioned me, then I go to my car to eat because my dog was in the car, I go in for a refill all the coke machines are off and I kindly ask her and explain and she is like I don't do refills for people who left the store only people sitting inside, I think its pretty crap as she wouldn't let me unless I purchase a new soda. I think its crap and totally a form of segregation considering people can eat wherever they want on the property but are denied benefits they paid for. Tiffany should be reprimanded and I need an apology from mc ds ownership in the area here as this behavior is unacceptable as a paying customer I get denied refills because she is power tripping and sitting high on her thrown. I'm not going back until Tiffany apologized for her sour negative 4th of July attitude.

I've been to this McDonald's multiple times, and each visit has been consistently good! I've found the food fresh and great tasting, and the drive-thru wait times for my order have been pretty fast too.

My 8 yrs old daughter ordered a big breakfast with steak. When she realized they gave her sausage instead of steak I told the employee about it, she gave us the steak but took the sausage out of my daughter’s plate with syrup all over. Are they planning to serve that piece of sausage to their next customer?
