Me and a relative went here on Wednesday. Got the wrong sandwich, The new sandwich had one piece of bacon the next day both sandwiches didn't have cheese and we had cold pies and they made us pay $2.50 for two slices of cheese. Worst customer service ever

3/13/25 1pm. Not busy. Had $5 meal. Small portions, but not paying much either. No self-serve tea and no catsup dispenser, packets only. Need to ask for black pepper. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Staff frequently cleaning tables and friendly and polite. Food came very quickly.

I’m honestly a bit torn after my experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered meal with fries, and when I started munching, I found a couple of long black hairs tangled up in the fries. It was definitely gross, but I was hungry and didn’t want to make a fuss, so I just picked them out and kept eating. Not the best move, I know, but the fries were still hot and crispy, and I didn’t want to waste them. I get that mistakes happen, but this was definitely a major turn-off. I’m hoping this was just a one-time thing, but I might think twice before I dive into my fries next time.

Stopped by on my way through, I was shorted a sandwich I paid for but didn't realize until i was to far down the road. I tried submitting a complaint online to customer service but they never got back to me. It's one sandwich I paid for, they could afford to give me a voucher or refund.

Terrible service. I drive for Door dash and not only was the food not ready but the manager was very rude to me and the customer that placed the order. When I asked how long the order would take? The manager told me to contact door dash to have them re-enter the order. After door dash support contacted them I waited over 10 minutes just for them to tell me that they needed me to tell them the order. I waited over 20mins for an order that was placed almost 40 minutes prior. Terrible service. I’m extremely disappointed.

Dont go here... rude af... literally stiod there for an order that they messed up on and heard them talk crap about how big my order is... ummm im a family of 4 kids n 2 adults... i just came in or the quarter lber i didnt get n heard this from night manerger n staff... did not expect this at all...
