WORST customer service EVER. Ordered a sandwich that comes with sauce. They always put too much sauce on so I requested no sauce on sandwich. When I got my food I asked for a side of the sauce and they said it's 25 cents. I said, I didn't get it on my sandwich I just want some of what I'm supposed to get. They said it's still going to cost you money. Not only that, their menu has pumpkin coffee available to order, but they don't have it. I have never been treated like this at a McDonald's before. This location is a NO GO!

The "remodel" if you could call it that, has left this McDonalds in a sad ugly state. From the inner city feel to the lack of any quality service. My grandmother has been this McDonalds biggest patorn my whole life, and when she has to wait at the counter for 5 plus minutes to be served it infuriates me. Just because the staff is too lazy to want to take a order in person, news flash my grandmother is 84 and can not use your stupid flawed kiosk, it is absolutely preposterous that they seem to intentionally make it hard for her to order. Shame on this McDonalds for not being loyal to a lady so loyal to you. I wish I could give you negative stars.

The kioski says they aren't taking dining room orders. This is laziness on their part. Why don't they want us eating inside? Just lazy.

Staff is very nice and food is good. We love the Playland, but I am very disappointed with the remodel. They removed the classy look that incorporated the history of stillwater and replaced it with generic, tacky decor.

The kiosk messed up our order. No receipt. When we told staff...they said, yeah we know. The floor needed to be cleaned. Overall this store has gone down hill. They are short on staff. The restaurant was recently redone. Don't like the layout.
Was in the drive-thru line for like 15 mins. I'm not sure what was going on. There were only 2 people in front of us. When finally got to the window, the cashier was not very nice. In fact was a little rude. She seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when I asked her if she could please not put so much ice in cup before she filled up with drink. I didn't want a cup if ice with barely any lemonade. Then when she handed me the f ood she still had her same attitude. The fries were terrible. All cold and soggy. My son when inside to try and switch fries out for some hot fries, but there appeared to be no one around. He stood in lobby for a few minutes but didn't see any workers. He gave up and we just left disappointed with food and service.

This is consistently the worst McDonald's I have gone to. Today I ordered 2 egg biscuits and a iced French vanilla coffee through the app. When I got to the window they said they didn't have iced coffee...then a minute later they did. It was a cup of ice, water and vanilla syrup. No coffee, it was disgusting. I didn't open my bag of food until I got home, when I did there was literally 2 completely different breakfast sandwiches that were no where near what I ordered. I can't eat cheese and guess what? They both had cheese on them. I was annoyed enough to call and ask for a refund, the gal said I would have to come all the way back to place to get it even though I ordered through the app. Complete waste of time and money. I will not be going there anymore.
