We visited early summer and while we were thankful to have an option, strawberry was the only option.

The hours at all their locations make no sense and create significant issues for my special needs daughter who loves their ice cream but can't understand why it's closed so often during regular business hours. Weird and disappointing.

I love their sundaes here! They are loaded with goodies and can be shared between 2 people. I got the Cookie Monster, and it was overflowing! Staff were nice, and the place was clean too. You can get free edible glitter on top of your ice cream too!

Based on the reviews this place seemed great, but when we went there was only one vegan option, which was raspberry soft serve.
I do appreciate it, but I was hoping for vanilla and/or chocolate maybe more based on previous reviews.

Super great ice cream but my cup was hollow! It would be cool to fill the opening with like a chunk of something/a cherry! The staff were kind of weird though, but that might just be a teenager thing.

I don’t really understand the huge amount of positive reviews, other than maybe the aesthetic and ability to get a good photo for Instagram? As others have stated, the actual ice cream is not good. Is it vegan? Not sure but it has no flavor and really just tastes like ice. It wasn’t even a hot day and it melted so quick we could barely eat it. There’s no clean way to eat this, I can’t imagine a kid eating it without needing a full on bath after. If you enjoy being sticky, this would be a great place for you! One extra star due to the large portion sizes for the price and the cookie dough was good.
