We visited for dinner this evening, as we do often since we enjoy the food. My husband’s meal was great, but the chicken nachos I ordered seemed off. I order them regularly, but this time they caused some stomach discomfort shortly after eating.
I called and spoke with the manager, Cody, to bring this to his attention, but unfortunately the interaction was disappointing. He insisted that foodborne illness takes a full day to develop, which is not accurate, as symptoms can begin within 30 minutes to an hour. Additionally, his tone over the phone came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
As someone who is also in management, I understand the importance of handling customer concerns respectfully and with care. I would encourage Cody to receive additional training on listening skills and professional communication, as these are essential when addressing guest concerns.

The quesdilla was absolutely amazing with the birria dip along side , and the Chipotle stake sandwich was big very well made and a blast of flavor from all angles of the way the food was made very pleasant friendly very much will ne coming back

Festive place with 3 distinct dining areas, and the food was great with generous portions. Probably the best chimichanga that I've had anywhere, and the sides were very good. Salsas and guacamole dip for chips were excellent. Had no wait time, servers were attentive and dinners were prompt. Definitely worth another visit!

Been coming here for years. Sadly, things have changed for the worse. Super long wait time for seating(50mins), chips and salsa used to be complimentary, not a huge deal but, by the time you get a table you are starving. After getting the table, another 15 mins before the wait staff showed up. Was excited for a mug of dos equis on tap. That's gone too. Food was good, not great. Overall not a great experience.

One of the coolest looking places I’ve been! Love the decor and lighting! We went for a cool drink and guacamole on the 4th of July! It was busy so service was okay but not perfect. Guacamole was very good! Margarita was decent. It was pretty hot so I don’t know if the AC was broken down or if it is always hot. I think on a cooler day and less busy day I would really love this place. I

Absolutely delicious. I had the jalapeno popper pizza. Just the right amount of kick. We've been here before and loved our food then too.
We took a chance on the shredded beef nachos and they were delicious! I didn't ask if they were gluten friendly but judging by how I feel an hour later I feel that they were.
