Be mindful of happy hour. Bar tenders were wonderful, and made tasty drinks, but happy hour menu reads “taps and rail cocktails”. Foolish me orders a tap beer and rail manhattan expecting a happy hour bill only to be informed only one particular tap and one kind of cocktail is on happy hour after the bill came. It was a great cocktail, but please make the restriction clear in the menu or have staff make you aware of what is actually on happy hour.
Great bar with lots of beer, good happy hour prices, superb bloody mary's, and music on Wednesdays. Also there's a cool seafood restaurant right next door that you can easily get and eat in the bar as well. Lots of TVs and good for sports.
Ice cold bar, on a really hot day. They're supposed to be known for their Bloody Maries, Margaritas, & Martinis. I ordered a Bloody Mary. It looks beautiful with all the toppings, but disgusting! Worst Bloody Mary I've ever had! Still the Best Ever goes to Romaine's, in Taylors Falls. My husband ordered a Margarita. It was okay. It was served in a small glass, overflowing with ice. Don't ask for a Blended Margarita. We were assured there's not one...
