As of writing this review they are severely understaffed. It took about 30 minutes to get my food when I ordered in. It looks like the people working are only making take out orders. If you want quick food I would not recommend coming here.

Food was good, but being ignored by the staff overshadowed that. They said absolutely nothing to us for 10 minutes while we stood and waited in line and basically acted like we weren’t there. Found out through another customer that earlier they said had an influx of online orders and wouldn’t be taking orders at the register for a bit. It would have been nice if they could have helped a customer the register every now and then despite the online orders. As someone who has worked multiple difficult retail and cleaning jobs, I have a lot of understanding and respect for workers in these situations and know that in these situations things may take longer to get done and that is okay. But it is never okay to ignore customers instead of just taking a few seconds to communicate that it will be a minute before you can take their order.

I just don't understand why you wouldnt help the costumers in the store before door dash orders. Or atleast do every other. Stood in line for 20 minutes watched 5 other people leave because nobody was being helped inside.

We walked in at 8:29 this manager said loudly to her coworker working the front these have to be Togo orders they cannot sit inside. It says it’s open until 9pm and she was pissed we came in at 8:29 all the chairs were all up already and looked like they wanted to close. They made us extremely uncomfortable and if they close at 8:30 then they need to close then. Rude customer service. If this was my business I wouldn’t want to lose out on money bc my employees are lazy

The space and staff were fine, got the food quickly, but the Korean beef dish itself had way too much sauce, overwhelming the dish. Noodles need to work the menu.

We've ordered from noodles and company occasionally and the food is OK though overpriced. This week, I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup because I needed to get above 25 to use a coupon. The cup wasn't even half full with barely any broth or ingredients. Hesitant to choose them again.
Visited 12/29/24 and Abbie was working. The food was just as expected, but the staff were not. It was my first time at this location, and I could clearly hear the staff swearing and talking shit about the company, doordash, and the more frequent customers/type of customers that come here. Talking down about those that come here 5 days a week, spend $200 a week at this restaurant vs any other, and saying they feel it's more okay for a single mom with kids to eat here. I felt so out of place, and looked down on. They talked about how they liked the old versions of the food, not the new ones, they talked down about the rewards system. I wasn't here very long! They had lots to say, and said it loudly.

Ordered the new crispy chicken bacon Alfredo, was VERY impressed with how great it was!! So good! They actually fill the whole container which a lot of places don’t! Definitely fresh and will order again😋
