We love coming here! It is always quiet and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is that the chicken is EXTREMELY spicy, which has negatively impacted our experience a couple times. Always sample the chicken before putting in your bowl/burrito!

Very good servers. The young woman with blonde/colored spiked hair was super friendly and helpful. Fresh tortillas are pretty good, could be a bit thicker or I suppose we could order double next time. I hoped steak was strips but it's cubes. Chicken looked a little old and sad. Vegetables and fresh diced jalapeño was a nice add, wish they had Cilantro. Not a bad deal if you skip the paid add ons.

I love their food, but very disappointed with the portion. I’ve been to several and this was terrible, I asked for more & their response was “every State is different with their portions. Won’t return to this location.

I should have known better!
When
Caveat Emptor!
I arrived around 1 , no one was in there , and the buffet did not look fresh.
Flavor was ok, but I felt like I was eating leftovers.
After about 30
Minutes, I ended up in the bathroom, uggg!

I love Pancheros and have been to quite a few of them around the country. This one is exceptional. Always friendly employees and I love the homemade tortillas(freshly pressed in front of you!). I also like that they mix the ingredients inside of the burrito so you get all of the ingredients in each bite.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for this Pancheros restaurant. Tonight at 5:30pm was my first time to this location. (I have been to other Pancheros.) The restaurant was clean. There were 4 other groups of people there and others getting take out. There were 3 young guys working. They were courtesy and expedited orders. Trevor made what I requested and put a good amount of all toppings. Anthony rang up my order and didn't nickel and dime me for anything. He actually was very creative in a good way on what to charge me. I had more than enough left to have lunch the next day. Seth kept all offerings replenished and hot, while maintaining sanitary etiquette. I don't know these young men, but they did a very nice job. Also noted they were NOT on their cell phones while working. I definitely would come back.

I eat here every Thursday and Friday! The staff here are rockstars and keep everything very tidy and are super friendly! A very good stop if you are looking for some bussin food. A great Stillwater neighborhood store. Wayyy better than chipotle.
Stopped in after work and was very disappointed. Food was cold and dry. Portions were also pretty small for the price point. Chipotle definitely does a better job. Felt like I completely got ripped off yesterday and will never be back.

Restaurantji Recommends
Never going back again, very small
Portions even after asking for more chicken the worker gave literally two pieces of
Chicken. They were out of rice so I thought maybe I would get a little more of the veggies or something but the worker just gave me a smaller burrito for $11 dollars…..running out of something which is understandable if you are really busy but the dining room was empty and I can see why. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Place was filthy, Portions were small, food was past holding times and it was apparent by how horrible the steam table and cold food looked. All of it was dry and overcooked. The salsa was good, but the rest was so salty I didn't finish it before leaving and heading to crisp and green.
If you are going to have an open kitchen, you better keep it tidy and clean. Period, zero excuses.
There is no excuse for a filthy dining room either. A broom and mop needs to go all the way under the tables, windows clean. Tables need to be cleaned after guests leave. It's not rocket science, it's food service.
If your staff has time to visit, they have time to clean.
Speaking of staff, the two I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I feel it is essential that I feel this isn't a staff issue, it's poor management.
If this was a franchise that I owned, and I had walked in as if I was a new customer, I would have been disappointed as I am writing this review.
Unfortunately, I will not be back. If this was a place that was still new and working out the kinks, I would give it another shot, but this was pretty bad..
-Disappointed Chef/ Business owner.

Had never tried Pancheros so decided to give it a chance. Really wish I would have opted for Chipotle instead. I ordered on the app and walked in and there was not one single customer in the place (bad sign!). I am not sure which item, or maybe it was all of them, was really salty. I paid the extra $1.90 for guac, but it was either missing or so minimal i didn't notice it. Can't say that I will be back. Chipotle is so much better.

The rice appeared to be overcooked and seemed as though it had been left out for an extended period. The texture of the rice was crunchy.
