The one good thing about you guys is gone!?!? Tell me they are supposed to stop doing the cinnamon wheels after today. So I said “just in time, huh?” But they wouldn’t make one cause the pre made ones were gone? What kinda bologna you guys up to over here!?

Pulled up at 7:45 after calling the entire drive up here to watch one of the kids go snag a key after seeing me and go pop the lock on the door before I even finish parking and then him and the other employee start snickering and wont even look at me after doing it as they continue cleaning up and laughing after locking the door well before closing and ignoring the telephone...! This place has lost my service!

We are vegan and they have a pizza with non- dairy/vegan "cheese". They don't add tons of vegan cheese which is good and this makes PM's the absolute best vegan pizza we have ever had for eating out! Thank you Papa Murphy's.Vegetarian options: Vegan option!

The young ladies at this store are very polite. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the deals and specials. Great customer service. I was there on Tuesday August 16 around 3:30pm.

Twice they weren't open during business hours about 5 p.m. Surprisingly unreliable here in Stillwater. Never experienced this elsewhere. The quality remains consistent and we have our favorites.
I have only once before had a Papa Murphy's pizza (years ago). That being said I stopped into the Stillwater location and was very impressed at the service. I'm not a meat eater and the Veggie pizza didn't have what I wanted. The gentleman working was friendly, and accommodating. When I baked the pizza my guest were also impressed. I did serve it with a salad and wine.... I will definitely go back.

It saddens me to write this review. I LOVE Papa Murphy's, and I always get a great product and amazing service at every location.... Other than this one. I'm not sure what's going on here. I've tried several times because I enjoy Papa Murphy's so much and I just can't win at this location. Several times I've gone and just am continuously disappointed. They never answer the phone (which if they are busy or understaffed I completely understand) but the last time I attempted to call (3 times with no answer) I decided to drive by thinking maybe they were just super busy. They were open, and no it wasn't busy. When I walked in, there were 4 workers and a manager. When I walked up to order my pizza, I asked if there were any specials (the locations in Albert Lea and Winona usually have one) to which the worker replied "Uh, I don't know. Let me ask my manager." He returns and says "No." No big deal. Then I order my pizza and they end up putting my delite (thin crust) pizza on thick crust. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile in the store and the whole situation was just super unorganized.
Very clean and knowledgeable about the product and savings!
