I don't usually give bad reviews, but the food is really bad, bad, bad. The view is spectacular, but the food is awful. Either remove the view or improve the restaurant.

We went here for drinks on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were good. The prices are a little high but that was expected. The view from our table was awesome! Parking in Stillwater to get to the rooftop is horrible.
Parking: Stillwater is very busy on a weekend. There is a few public lots but they fill up quickly. There is street parking but that fills up also. There is a parking garage about 4 blocks away for a fee.

U always go for the view, not the food U would think Water Street Inn would have a great chef and sous chef! It would be a gold mine, I would not recommend it. Different look same crappy food

Amazing view of the river!!! Drink and food were super yummy. We got the Brussels sprouts, steak bits and pig and fig pizzas. Highly recommend all of these!!!! The pizza was like dessert. Great place to have a bit, drink with a view or to celebrate an event. They do not have gluten free pizza or many options.

Came here this past weekend and was not impressed. The service and wait staff were absolutely terrible. I was sitting down for 30 minutes before without any service and had to ask another server to serve us. She was rude, and did not care. She did not check on us and I eventually just went up to the bar and ordered my food. When it was brought to me, my server just dropped it off and left. I did not get any silverware, napkins etc. The manager was also not helpful at all and seemed to not care that her wait staff was rude and had terrible service. I will not be back! I would not recommended this restaurant!!

Went to Papas for the first time this weekend. The wait staff were incredibly hostile toward myself and the group of people I was with. When we arrived we were told to seat ourselves however, not long after the manager came up to us and told us the table we were using was reserved and we would have to move. We also did not get waited on when we arrived so I asked another server. I was then told the section I was sitting in did not have a server until 3:30. Mind you we arrived at 2:30 and no one bothered to let us know this information. When we did get a server, she was also incredibly rude. At first she refused to split the tabs for us and was trying to make us all pay one bill. She did not check on our section or bother to ask if anyone needed anything. When I wanted to order food, I had to go and order it from the bar. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking to go out in the Stillwater area. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Beautiful spot to enjoy the view of the river. We’ve been here several times. This time we ordered drinks and appetizers. They come at a premium price. The steak bites were good, but we also ordered the brussel sprouts. They were terrible. So tough we could hardly chew them. The service was really poor in spite of many staff wandering around. After reporting how awful the Brussels sprouts were, you’d think maybe they would take them off the check….but nope! Losing a customer over something as inexpensive as Brussels sprouts!

We came here for a Stillwater date night, eyes shimmering with the joy of connection and passion, only to find that alas, they were closing down the kitchen ?. But all hope was not lost... The staff kindly let us know they could still make something if we put it order in quickly. So we did, settling on flatbread, a sandwich, and tuna starters. Everything came out quickly and beautifully prepared! It was a delightful, as was the company and the glorious glow of the city and the fall colors.Truly a magical experience. Thank you staff!

Beware: 4% surcharge added to everything. Raise your prices if you can't pay your workers a living wage. Then, you might get some more attentive servers as well. And THAT may bring you good word-of-mouth advertising and returning customers.

Great views, terrible food. There were 9 of us and the majority of the food was overpriced and ranged from mediocre to downright unacceptable. The flatbread pizzas were awful. Consisting of pasty tomato sauce and hardly any cheese, cracker crust with no taste. Should not be on the menu. Look, I never leave reviews like this but it was shocking how bad the pizzas were. For $18 it’s a terrible value. I will say the views were nice and the staff was friendly.
