I highly recommend this Subway. The building looked sophisticated and well maintained. The staff seemed highly knowledgeable and had a noticeable dedication to satisfy every customer. My food was pretty good, although it could have been toasted a little longer. There was not a ton of seating, but there was a decent amount. Overall, this Subway surpasses my expectations and I am throughly pleased with my experience!

Fraudulent. I placed an order on the 4th of July for pick up in the subway app. Upon arrival there was a sign that said they were closing at 8 pm and would refund orders in the morning. I was never refunded. They stole my money and didn’t make an effort to make things right. They are fully capable of turning off their online ordering system if they do decide to close at 8 pm earlier than advertised. They made zero effort to make it right causing me lot of inconvenience. Please stay away from this location and be careful when using their app as they clearly do not care about customers ordering online.

The daily meal deal for 6.99 is miss leading. It appears to be a sanwich, chips, and drink and the deal only includes the sandwich. I got chips and drink that I didn’t even want. Baited!

Do not use online ordering at this location. My order of three subs was completely wrong. It's almost like they were just tossing random ingredients together. I contacted them via email and never received a response. Staff was friendly when I did pick up my order.

Went to this subway at 3pm on 2/27. Business hours say 9am to 9pm and the open sign was lit up but the door was locked.

1/27/25 11:30am. Great service. Young guy worked hard jumping between in-house and pick-up customers, friendly and professional. Food quality, taste and presentation was excellent. The food prep area was clean and organized. The tables, floor and restroom dirty. Pee on toilet seat. In the 2.5hrs we were there, no cleaning was done.

Parking: 30 spots in front and around.

Kid-friendliness: Fine.

Wheelchair accessibility: Straight in level.

Big shout-out to the two gentlemen working! Their customer service was outstanding, and they truly represent Subway in the best possible light! I recommend this location—management, these two definitely deserve a raise! Got subs on 9/28 around 2:00pm

I have been to this Subway location more than ten times this past few months and here are my observations.

This place is filthy. I have seen flies over the produce and landing on my sandwich when I sit down to eat. The floors are stinky and I feel like never get cleaned. They "clean" them at the end of the day and they get really dirty during day and it looks like no one cleans the lobby during the day.

The crew is always changing and they definitely need a lot more training. During my trips I have ordered the same sandwich, a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Constant corrections and about half the time they never asked me to toast it. The service is quite slow, not a fault of the crew, this is definitely due to lack of management oversight.

Also, something to note about the crew, is that about a third of the time, I only see one of the crews during my visit. This leads to long lines and online orders piling up. Where are the other associates? In the back or on break during the dinner rush. Definitely need some supervision or something.

Basically, this restaurant is always dirty, constantly understaff/underhanded, and the food is just like every other Subway. Nothing come out to me as a positive. You should order from the other Subway across the highway, that way you will know that your food is not made here.

Parking: The parking lot located at this Subway location is always free with open spaces. At no times have I seen the parking lot get full even during the Lunch or Dinner rush.

Kid-friendliness: This Subway is as kid-friendly as every other Subway in this nation. Just supervise your kids and I recommend keeping them from touching surfaces unnecessarily.

Wheelchair accessibility: This Subway has two shared handicapped parking spots with another business. This location is very wheelchair accessible but, you might encounter a situation where the handicap parking is full. This location is located in an aging area so It can be assumed you might have competition for handicap parking. Try to order delivery or takeout.

The management LOVES their signage for customers to read about their issues— and the employees who were polite and helpful must be told to be as SKIMPY as possible when making sandwiches for customers who pay $10+.Struggle bus, geez.
