The chef's table tasting menu was fantastic! They were able to accommodate no dairy for me and every course was paired with non alcoholic drinks for me as well (n/a rums, and liquors as well as traditionally inspired n/a beverages that were sophisticated and unique). The curation and attention to detail from the bespoke blue and yellow corn tortillas (so flavorful) to the combinations of traditional and innovative inspirations that created each of the 8 courses makes this hands down my favorite Mayan cuisine restaurant. Will be going back as the new tasting menu begins next week. Highly highly recommended. Chef Christan and mixologist Zoilo have outdone themselves!

Loved the appetizers we tried..All the food is fresh..healthy and wonderful flavors. We had the guacamole..cheese fondue..corn salsa and the shrimp dish.. we did order dinner. But could hardly eat it as so full from the appetizer...looking for to eating it today as aging the bites I had were so tasty...definitely will go back. Service was top notch.. they explained what was in the food and very knowledgeable...

Came in from out of town and wanted something different. We're from St. Louis which has a very vibrant dining scene as well so finding a unique option is always a challenge. My girlfriend and I did the taco omakase tasting menu with drink pairing and were blown away by the flavors, presentation, passion and enthusiasm from every staff member we encountered... And of course - -the value. If you live in Stillwater and haven't tried this place yet you are missing out - and for those in Minneapolis - it's a 25 minute drive to experience something you'll surely not find anywhere else in the city.

I was very impressed by this new place! Our service was great, the food was unreal! We had the sea bass, lamb shank and some other shareables. The Nuuk cocktail/marg was delicious too! We’ll be back! *DONT leave without ordering the Churros!
