Excellent cocktails and mocktails, unique dishes, and desserts crafted with care. The Lamb Birria and Guineo & Cacao cake were well worth the drive. Friendly, prompt personal service.
The chef's table tasting menu was fantastic! They were able to accommodate no dairy for me and every course was paired with non alcoholic drinks for me as well (n/a rums, and liquors as well as traditionally inspired n/a beverages that were sophisticated and unique). The curation and attention to detail from the bespoke blue and yellow corn tortillas (so flavorful) to the combinations of traditional and innovative inspirations that created each of the 8 courses makes this...
Loved the appetizers we tried..All the food is fresh..healthy and wonderful flavors. We had the guacamole..cheese fondue..corn salsa and the shrimp dish.. we did order dinner. But could hardly eat it as so full from the appetizer...looking for to eating it today as aging the bites I had were so tasty...definitely will go back. Service was top notch.. they explained what was in the food and very knowledgeable...
