Went through the drive through girl taking my order could obviously not hear me as she asked 3 difemferent times what I wanted to drink, not once have they ever gotten an order completely correct..unless its ice cream. Went back in tonight with the receipt to let them i had order a #4 not a #3 because they rang it as a #3 said there was nothing they could do. Very expensive for not getting exactly what you want. I think the drive through should be updated so customers can read what they are rinign in(take a note frommcdonalds)I can read what they are ringing in them correct it if its wrong right as im ordering.

The nerve of them to try to charge extra for onion ring substitution. 17 bucks just to get onion rings in my meal? That's full price for the meal itself with the fries taken out, then charged separately for onion rings. Ridiculous. Never ate at a DQ that tried to rip people off so blatantly.

Getting more and more spendy to take your daughter to lunch...almost $30 for us to have a couple meals.

Our food took too long. They forgot the gravy for my toast.

Always quick, hot food, clean facility. Stop here every time I’m in town for work.

Kind of ridiculous prices. I get kids cones at many locations. It's never much more than $2. But here?! $4.49. That is absolutely ridiculous. I will never EVER go to this location ever again. And it was literally a kids size cone. Would have been different if it was more like a small or medium cone.
I will also say we have been here before too and I don't recall the price hike. But I do recall waiting in the drive through for upwards of 45 minutes.

Lately, I have been getting a chicken strip basket and asking for a cup of ketchup instead of gravy and they still give packets even when specifically asking for a cup. It's hard to drive and open packets and pour them out.

I was a huge Dairy Queen lover in my youth, and have fallen back in love with Dairy Queen since moving here a couple years back. It’s, legitimately, one of my Favorite places to eat here in TRF, and I crave their yummy burgers, various ice cream treats, chicken strips, cheese curds, and onion rings ALL the time, hehe!!!

My only critiques for this location are as follows: I find that they’re a bit stingy with sauces (on many of the sandwiches and also on the sauced chicken strips); I wish when ordering online through their app and from DoorDash, that the option to add diced onions to chili dogs was available; and lastly, I also wish that requesting marinara sauce (which is available in-store) as the dipping sauce for cheese curds was an option when ordering online, as well, as my palette finds them to taste similarly enough to mozzarella sticks.

I ordered a banana split for dinner. What I got was 3 spoonfuls of ice cream, a dribble of strawberries pineapple and chocolate syrup. I counted how many pieces of pineapple. There were 7. The last time I had a banana split there were 3 scoops of ice cream..each one would fill a cone. Enough strawberries and pineapple to have some in each spoonful and chocolate syrup to mix the the three scoops together. That was for $7.26. It was a gyp.

Extremely overpriced & barely received any food. Spent over $55+ to feed 4 people, & 2 were not adults. Dried out, barely any toppings, sizes shrunk immensely, yet they jacked the prices horrendously. Acted like you were bothering them. Asked for extra napkins & received 1. Not recommended & won't be visiting their DQ again.

On a side note; 2 months ago I received the best DQ cake ever purchased. Outrageous they charged $7 to write Happy Anniversary on it though.

I ordered a combo and small blizzard. The first problem started when the cashier held my card for over a minute. Maybe he was having issues with the register or my card I'm not sure but it was an uncomfortable about of time. Food was brought quick after that but then I had to wait 5 to 8 minutes for my blizzard, maybe even longer. It was long enough that my food was no longer hot but Luke warm. I would understand if it was a busy time but I was the only one there for most the time, towards the end there finally was another car. There also was also one lady inside who was there before me but I could see from the window that she looked annoyed too. So 2 customers, eventually 3. I saw 6 workers. The workers were all standing around, avoiding eye contact. Because of that, I was worried they just forgot about my blizzard. A "hey, just to let you know it will be a few minutes" instead of ignoring me would be nice. All that time sitting there I realized I forgot to ask for a sauce. So when I finally get the blizzard, I ask for one sauce as well. The employee gives a long labored sigh like I'm annoying him then gets it and let's me know sauce costs money but he will let it go this time. Are you kidding. I payed 18 dollars, got a combo and waited 10 minutes and can't get ONE free sauce. People should be allowed one free sauce a combo meal, I would understand if you are getting multiple or didn't have a combo but seriously. Also should probably put signs up about it. There were no signs on the intercom or window so I had no way of knowing they cost money and to ask before they run my card. If there were signs they were not noticeable enough, but I spent a long time staring at the window so I'm pretty sure there wasn't. 18 dollars for long wait (at a slow time), poor service, and barely warm food.
