They didn't get the order right after it was repeated to them twice, the burgers were over cooked and dry, also ordered 2 chili dogs and never recieved them. The order was recieved thru the drive thru.

I got told to wait just 1 minute and someone will be with me. 5 minutes later in the negatives, a truck pulls up to the other microphone. He instantly gets helped and drives to the window and still nobody comes back to serve me, I had to speak up and get someone’s attention before they went to the next vehicle. When getting to the window and asking why I got told to wait and the other guy got served immediately I get told “no reason, sorry”. The lack of standards in this town is sad.

Put mustard on my burger when specifically said no mustard also got my order wrong and other people’s order wrong also yelling behind the counter

Completely unprofessional.

Worst service I've ever had. Didn't get all my food, shake cup was cracked and leaked ice cream all over in my vehicle, and had to wait 15 minutes for the food we did get. Manager was no help. I will never be going back to that unprofessional business again. There's way better places to eat in the area

Went through the drive through girl taking my order could obviously not hear me as she asked 3 difemferent times what I wanted to drink, not once have they ever gotten an order completely correct..unless its ice cream. Went back in tonight with the receipt to let them i had order a #4 not a #3 because they rang it as a #3 said there was nothing they could do. Very expensive for not getting exactly what you want. I think the drive through should be updated so customers can read what they are rinign in(take a note frommcdonalds)I can read what they are ringing in them correct it if its wrong right as im ordering.

The nerve of them to try to charge extra for onion ring substitution. 17 bucks just to get onion rings in my meal? That's full price for the meal itself with the fries taken out, then charged separately for onion rings. Ridiculous. Never ate at a DQ that tried to rip people off so blatantly.

Getting more and more spendy to take your daughter to lunch...almost $30 for us to have a couple meals.

Our food took too long. They forgot the gravy for my toast.

Always quick, hot food, clean facility. Stop here every time I’m in town for work.
