When I’m craving ice cream, usually the shakes from here hit the spot. Plus, you get the added benefit of protein and low sugar that you wouldn’t normally get from ice cream. For the teas, I would recommend cotton candy and the shake I would recommend the monster cookie.

I love Energy on Main I go pretty much daily the atmosphere the energy the staff hold and the fact that I can get something is a healthier option and helps me focus at work and get things done is a win for me!!! I have never had a bad tea and their shakes are so good!! If you haven't tried it yet your missing out.

I stopped going after I saw their expensive oatmeal was just great value brand, the whole thing left me disillusioned at the quality of what I was consuming. The people that run it are great though.
