It's the only place to get a decent smoothie in town but at the end of the day it's just protein powder, ice and some flavoring. I stopped going after I saw their expensive oatmeal was just great value brand, the whole thing left me disillusioned at the quality of what I was consuming. The people that run it are great though.

I really like this place I went with my friends (2 times) and it was a great price $4.25 for the barbie drink, and itself the drink was amazing , and the girl who served us was so sweet and nice, I would really recommend going there if you like Boba, coffee, and other! Great place.

The shakes are really good and I’ve liked everyone one I’ve gotten! Snickers is my favorite. Teas are ok tasting. The environment and worker are all great but the reason why I’m giving it two stars is because of the food colorings they use in the shakes and teas. These food coloring dyes are coming in the form of the Crystal light/Water flavoring packets they use to flavor some of the shakes like the cherry dilly bar shake. Three food dyes they use the most are red 40, blue 1 and yellow 5. All these food dyes have been linked to being cancer causing, Increasing inflammation and disrupts functioning of the immune system. Red 40 is the most harmful of the bunch being linked to causing aggression and mental health issues. I find it hard to market the place as heathy when cancer causing food dyes are being used. Thanks.
