Love coming and trying different teas from them! The teas are super flavorful and I always crave them. The people working there are always nice and energetic. I make sure I stop there every time I am in town.

When I’m craving ice cream, usually the shakes from here hit the spot. Plus, you get the added benefit of protein and low sugar that you wouldn’t normally get from ice cream. For the teas, I would recommend cotton candy and the shake I would recommend the monster cookie.

I am so grateful for Deano and Tracy and their investment to open Energy on Main in TRF! This place is my go to when I'm in a hurry and need a quick protein shake or a healthy pick me up. Their energy and personable attitude makes coming back a no brainer for me!! Thank you!
