I am so grateful for Deano and Tracy and their investment to open Energy on Main in TRF! This place is my go to when I'm in a hurry and need a quick protein shake or a healthy pick me up. Their energy and personable attitude makes coming back a no brainer for me!! Thank you!
It's the only place to get a decent smoothie in town but at the end of the day it's just protein powder, ice and some flavoring. I stopped going after I saw their expensive oatmeal was just great value brand, the whole thing left me disillusioned at the quality of what I was consuming. The people that run it are great though.
I was in town visiting family and stopped in for a coffee. I got a protein coffee and it was delicious! The people running the place were very welcoming and kind. Great little place for shakes or coffee!
