Visiting from Minneapolis and called in a take-out order. Food was hot and ready when I stopped by. Young buck at the register greeted me right away and the pizzas were in the warming oven. Delicious pizza!!

I always receive such pleasant and friendly customer service at this location, whether for an in-person carry out order, when calling in an order by phone, or when interacting with the delivery drivers. Also, anytime I place a carry-out order, the food’s always ready when I arrive, and everything Always tastes fantastic!!! No complaints :)
I ordered two orders of wings. One BBQ, and the other Garlic Parm. There was barely any sauce on my wings. I love pizza hut because it's affordable but every time I order there's something missing or wrong with the order.

I guess this location doesn’t care about its customers. This location is the worse. Between orders never ready when you need them to be. Getting wrong pizzas or no pizza at all. I’ve tried to call phone doesn’t get answered. Calls don’t get returned. Last week ordered again big order. Missing one whole pizza. Pizza made with no sauce. Pizza box that had just two sauce cups in it no pizza. Chicken wings were not fully cooked. Out $40 for missing pizzas and pizza that wasn’t eaten due to not made with sauce and uncooked chicken wings. We will never be back. It’s a shame we order every Fridays and their not small orders.
Every time I decide to give Pizza Hut another chance, they disappoint me all over again. Today we ordered delivery and it never showed. Tried calling but you can't get a human on the phone. You have to leave a message and they will supposedly call you back. They never called. After two hours I came over here to get a refund. I got my money back and a, "Sorry, must have taken it to the wrong house."

To add to my review from a couple years ago, I just want to emphasize how much $ there is to be made in having stuffed crust ALWAYS available, & not just to the mere first handful of orders of the night who legitimately NAB it before it runs out, which happens I'm going to say what has to be just about 100% of the time, every night. I'm just saying. I love the stuff. Stuffed crust. I bet there have been 15 different times, literally without exaggeration, in the last few 3-4 years, that just me, one gal who loves her pizza, did not place an order after all because the stuffed crust was out. Just like that. That's a lot. Of pizza and money. Honestly it could be 30x. I don't know. And I'm your average pizza orderer--I get pizza about the same amount as any other person who sometimes gets pizza. Maybe there's a reason for this that I don't know about. Maybe not. I love Pizza Hut. That's just my reflection. :-) PS I love the owners, they are great people, & I am merely saying what I'm saying because who doesn't want to know what one can do to improve?
