Quick and easy. Coffees good. Standard across all Scooter’s I’ve been to so far. I wish they’d try stop upselling you a bakery item when they great you. Like maybe ask at the end if you want a muffin or whatever. The cold open is awkward. We just want coffee.

Love this place....the Peanut Butter Crunch Blender is to die for. Employees are always friendly and trying to get to get to know you, where your headed, what you have planned for the day etc. Scoot on over to Scooters!

We go to Scooters pretty often and I've never had any of the workers snap at me before until today. I was the only one in line so it's not like it was the morning rush. I ordered my drinks, I saw they had new pretzel bites and wanted to try them and then I asked about gift cards. apparently I wasn't talking fast enough or had too many questions. the sweet girl originally taking my order was explaining it to me when her co-worker chimed in rudely over her that I could tell them the amount at the window and was there anything else I needed to order at the speaker. I said I'm sorry. Asked again if there was anything else to order at the speaker? I said no. scoot ahead then she said. you could tell when I got to the window the sweet girl was embarrassed and the cranky co-worker in the back made our order. gave us the wrong cookies and didn't even heat them. Pretzels were terrible. We won't be going back there for awhile. I'm sorry now I'm gifting their gift cards to people. hopefully they treat them better.

Medium hot mocha came out the perfect just hot enough to drink right now temperature. (If you need scalding, ask for it?) Everything bagel sandwich also delicious for a quick breakfast bite that’s filling. Great pick me up to see a smiling face happily sharing liquid gold with the world. ?

I ordered a medium iced vanilla lattè with oatmilk, and it was repeated back to me correctly. I definitely got a large, and it definitely wasn't any type of dairy free milk. I understand that mistakes can happen, but often, when someone orders a milk substitute, it is because of an allergy or intolerance. I don't mind getting the wrong size (and paying for it) or flavor, but the wrong milk can have large consequences for me, especially when I'm not aware of it.

My cold brew with a splash of coconut milk was watered down had almost no coffee in it. My wife had a vanilla latte that she didn’t enjoy either. My brother got an energy or protein drink he said tasted like a foot.
Had I tried mine before we got on the highway I would have turned back. However, with the poor attitude we got from the girl in the drive through I don’t think our complaints would have done anything.
This place was highly recommended by locals, but I will not be visiting this store again.
