First time eating at this place. I can say I absolutely will return! Very much worth the money! Very quiet, peaceful, warm, cozy place! Seating very comfortable! Place is very clean, Service very very good! Napkins are nice durable cloth, utensil silverware was heavy duty!
Our server Anja is a very sweet attentive and friendly server/waitress! She's fantastic! What a pleasure after a long trip from Minot North Dakota. Hope we get her again next time!
The food.... We began with a starter....$17 Blackened walleye cakes which were hot, tasty, and delicious! Next, all three of us ordered the fish and chips. The $23 Fish and chips were amazing and very filling! Textures were perfect. Fish were seasoned nicely, flaky tender meat, light and crunchy batter, dipping tarter sauce was very very tasty, house sauce I think! Fries were PERFECT, hot, tender inside, crunchy outside, lightly tanned with a toasted flavoring! Amazing meal, amazing evening! Thanks!

The food was unfortunately, very poor. The service was fast and the view was relaxing. But the food not edible.
My wife has the short rib, which tasted more like dried meatloaf. I had the breaded walleye, which was soggy.
The polenta had no flavor. Like literal none. It was thick, grainy and flavorless.
And finally, the vegetables clearly came out of one of those microwaveable steam pouches you get out of the freezer.
We’ve eaten here many times before and had pleasant meals. We overheard two other couples that sent their food back. I don’t know what happened there tonight, but this will be our last visit unfortunately.

The Cajun Pasta was very runny and the salad dressing tasted off, not sure what it was...but the Bolognese was pretty good. Garlic bread should have been on the side, instead of on top of the pasta, it was soggy. For the area and options I'd say stop and and give it a try.

Went to go sit out my the lake to have a nice dinner. As soon as the food arrived we were surrounded by flies. So many flies that they took a beautiful place and made it terrible. I recommend that they purchase a bug zapper. As we were leaving we noticed that every table had the same complaint.

Good was good, staffs were friendly. Make reservation. Our waiter Kevin was friendly and did a good job.
The walleye cakes on the appetizer menu are bursting with flavor, one of the best things I've had all year. Our Filet Mignons were cooked to perfection, and the views of Lake Superior are unmatched. Kevin is an excellent server- gregarious and attentive without being overbearing. We will be back!

Its just okay.. nothing that great. My order was wrong, so needed to be corrected.. not a big deal as the food came quickly..but it was bland and not very tasty. It's a once and done type of restaurant.. wouldn't go back.
