Ordered my food during lunch rush and the employees were very attentive, patient, and quick! They did a great job. My order was delicious and the environment was very bubbly and inviting. Monica, you’re doing a great job managing!

Usually pretty ok however today I did an online order at 11:45 am for pick up at 12:30 pm... I arrived at 12:40 and my stuff was not even started and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for my subs. Then when I got them my order was wrong and then when we got to the park to eat then we discovered that 2 of the 5 subs had the wrong ingredients on them and then to top it off there were no napkins in the bag.... very poor service today... sad I usually really like it

Last week I was in here for lunch. Whoever the much older lady is was extremely rude and her attitude affected my visit to Tracy. Bad for business.

Normally have had good experience here but today the lady that was there was awful! Took forever to make a sub and asked for extra mustard on my sons sub that only had meat and cheese and it looked like too much but I was done with waiting Took at least 15 minutes to make the meal of the day with some veggies on top of it and then a meat and cheese sandwich and when I got home, the bread was just soaked soaked in mustard and my son couldn’t even eat it and that’s a waste of $11 for a sub. This stuff is not cheap that Lady definitely should not be working there. I worked at Subway before and there’s no reason why somebody should be that slow and add that much mustard Who wants extra mustard that was the whole container of mustard and that’s not even half of it. It was all over the cheese and meat and soaked into the bread that was only one piece of it so disappointed and definitely will not be going back at that Lady is working. I would have went back, but I live 10 miles from there and had to get back to work as I went on my lunch break very very disappointed

Usually, I don't have issues, but these last couple of times, I've had problems with getting what I bought, and the service from the employees was not great. They gave attitude and wouldn't deal with the mess ups. I am not happy. The service could have been way better

The little blonde girl was flirting with my man and was treating me disrespectfully skipping me in the line to ask him what vegetables he wanted when my sandwich was first and then proceeded to dump half the bottle of chipotle Baja on my sandwich. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I hope she gets fired.

The workers there were awesome. Had a group of 7 come in and they handled the situation well. The food was normal Subway. The building was small, cramped, and musty.
