This place is cute and vibrant, kid friendly, nice helpful staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. The frozen yogurts and sorbets are delicious, and there's a wide variety of topping options to choose from. The shop itself is tidy. You can tell they keep up good maintenance on the machine dispensers, and clean and rotate the toppings stations.My littles love going here for a special treat. ?Kid-friendliness: It's bright, colorful, has a tele, and good dessert with lots of topping options.

My daughter and her friends decided to go to this froyo shop after school to get a treat. What they were not expecting was to find a live bug in the middle of their froyo this is very unsanitary and not safe. This place seriously needs a visit from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture's Retail Food Program because this is unacceptable.

This place is very strange, but the yogurt is good. Toppings bar is a little sketchy because it doesn't always seem fresh, but the place is always empty and clean when we go so it may just be that it's under the radar a bit.

The employee took my gift card and tried to swipe it but quickly gave up with minimal effort saying "sorry our system is touchy" and have it back to me. then made me pay in card when the issue was on the business not the customer.the card was just purchased a week ago and was never used.I am frustrated with the lack of customer service accommodations.i love cherry berry and was disappointed of my experience

Good tasting, but NOT HEALTHY. Lots of inflammatory ingredients. Anyone who thinks they're getting a healthy product because it's "frozen yogurt" is being fooled.

Very yummy, if they are open. We have been going to this place for years and always have a nice experience other than the last year in which you never know if they are open. We have gone twice lately where it said it was open (lights on, open sign illuminated) and doors were locked. Likely won’t go back cause every time it causes a meltdown when they aren’t open.

These places are the bane of my existence. It's not that good, but it's sweet and quirky which is a beacon for children so of course we need to come here more than I'd like. I've encountered not the best staff here, sometimes they put a sign out front saying they will be back in like 15 minutes, but no time they left.... I'm not sure if they are smoking, sleeping, pooping... ???? No idea, its frustrating.

We paid $12 for two half full frozen yogurts with only a little bit of toppings on each. My kid did not like the candy sprinkles or any of her toppings. Maybe it was stale I don't know but the choices weren't that great anyway. I like that other yogurt place on Lexington in Shoreview better.
