This KFC here VS KFC in Roseville, people were always pleasant and food much better. KFC xtra crispy tenders were always crispy. As for Roseville site they were like original recipe, nothing crispy about their tenders! We've adopted this KFC for our go to.

Ordered a chicken big box and 12pc nugget meal. For the box, the nuggets had no meat and must’ve been sitting a while based on how cold they were. The 12pc only had 10 and also was cold. We had also ordered a side of Mac and cheese that was completely forgotten. $30 for missing and cold food. Disappointed.

Very slow. I had a simple 4.99 order and waited 15 minutes. Then was given the smallest chicken breast I've ever had. 2 stars is probably too generous.
paid over $9 this sat for 2 pieces crispy, bisc, coleslaw. The Only thing worth eating was the Slaw. Whoever is the cook today is awful. Hard chicken/all batter, no meat. will certainly have a loss of customers, careful how you treat people.

Got 2 meals I think 11s and what I hate most is half my meal is fresh and the other half heat lamp warm. Ick, plus not handicap accessible. Yeah, they have parking but good luck opening all the doors. Stop giving orders out that get fresh and old put together! What happened to greeting people. No hospitality or they haven't been taught. If they have their teacher needs to be fired. Customers held the door for me and that's sad.
