Take out order was incorrect. I ordered a meal with chicken. I was charged for it but did not get any chicken, only noodles. I did not discover til I got home. Too cold out to go back. Will not go there again

We do not eat out much but were feeling under the weather so I thought we would try takeout. Other noodles and company do a nice job, so we were glad this one was here. This location does not smell clean. There were five employees standing around talking, not doing much at all. When we received our food, the japanese pan noodles were extremely dry, the tofu was burned, noodles were rubbery. We will not be back and we would not recommend this place.

Staff was nice enough, a bit dismissive for how slow they were. Very disorganized on order times and order taking.
Big one that got me was the food- I haven’t had NC in quite a while. But my lord has it been a great decision. Food was dry, like couldn’t bite through protein dry, and had to choke down noodles dry. Flavors were more bland than I remember as well. I mean if you like this kind of stuff go for it, but I found similarly priced food just a little further. Won’t be back

If you have any allergies DO NOT go here. My first order was not even what I asked for and my second order I told them that we had a mushroom allergy even though what we ordered wasn’t even supposed to have mushrooms anyway but still ended up having a couple mushrooms in my order. The worst part is that this has happened multiple times. Staff is too lazy to clean out there pans between orders is unacceptable in my opinion. Never going here again.

This noodles and company I will rate it 0/10 you guys do not want to eat or buy food there, nor do you guys ever want to work there. I worked there for almost a year, my whole pregnancy they worked me to the point I went into early labor due to a manager throwing dishes and us going back and fourth with each other. The managers lack accountability, the general manager comes in smelling like alcohol everyday, she never stays for her shifts, she always out back smoking cigarettes while everyone else is working! They never keep the dining room clean for guest, they rather work a pregnant women to death then have another employee do the heavy lifting. Everyone doesn’t follow the rules. They don’t even wash their hands there when prepping food!!! Be careful working here or eating here! Oh by the way they fired me because I went off on the general manager for telling me she doesn’t care about my kids ??

Love noodles! Great location. I had my go-to usual - pasta Fresca, but I changed my noodles to the cavatappi! Delicious!! Good customer service, although you usually have to wait....the cook to order.

Forgot the chicken add on that was paid for but rectified it about 5 mins after we got our food. Brought it out without being prompted. Place was very clean. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Will return. :)

This location is okay. They have messed up my order most of the time. Today, i went in for pick up and waited 25 minutes and had to leave to go back to work. Came back and explained and they didn’t say anything and my food is now very cold?

Order the Mediterranean salad with steak. The portion of steak is so small that I would order double portion sizes even for a small child. Truly absurd. Charge a little more and make the portion size larger. Smallest I’ve ever seen in my life.
