Just ate at this location with my daughter. When we walked in, there were about a half dozen people waiting for their orders and we could see the screens flashing with multiple pending orders. The worker behind the counter was putting orders together very quickly but took the time to turn around and acknowledge every person that walked in the door. Ordered via UberEats for the first time a couple days ago. My kids don't like parmesan so I called and requested no parmesan on the kids spaghetti meals. Our kids are picky eaters and they ended up finishing the entire meal! Just ordered the same meals again this morning, called the store, and they remembered our request for no parmesan! Very impressive!!! Will continue supporting this store!

This place could be better. I have watched my food slowly die many times in the expediting phase because the clerk is struggling to take in orders and communicate with the line cooks at the same time while the shift manager washes dishes in back. It's beyond irritating. Also, they have a habit of not really toasting the cheese bread. I frequent weekday evenings.
