Punch Pizza Vadnais Heights

The new gluten free crust is terrible. The old one was the best I've ever had. I got home ready to eat it and then throw it in the garbage it was so bad.

Their pizza is fantastic but this location always, and I mean always, is running 10 minutes behind the time it says it will be ready when ordering online. I order 30 minutes ahead of time online so I can eat it on my lunch break because they are close to my work. It has not one time been ready. It happened again today. I again won't get to eat a lunch because I chose their restaurant. All they do is say sorry and give me a 5 dollar off nect time. That's the last time I'll try.

I’ve been coming to Punch for years and typically always order the same pizza and the same salad (chop salad). This time, I decided to try something new and ordered the Rocket Salad and it was a great decision since it was the best salad I’ve ever had. The mozzarella and tomatoes were delicious but even the arugula was seasoned perfectly and so tasty! The crew here today, lead by Joshua, was spectacular. Keep up the great work, Punch!! We are lucky to have you here in Minnesota!

We are here on 8/12/25. It is extremely busy with indoor, outside , take out and constant orders coming out of the machine. The staff is patient and friendly. I would go nuts but they just keep working and it all gets done. Thank you Punch Pizza staff you are awesome. The pizza and salad are both great and exactly what I ordered.

The new store manager and her team are going to do great things. She is kind, patient, smart with impeccable customer service abilities. Me and my 3 sons go there often. I gave and will continue to refer customers there. Punch is very smart to hire a strong, smart lady💃🏽

Must say, my first time having punch pizza, and I am pretty impressed! I love the atmosphere, not too bad, maybe somethings could be done to improve it, buts it's overall pretty nice! The servers and workers were nice, and I also love how you can see the brick fired oven. Now for the food, I loved it, it gave me an authentic taste of Italy. I ordered a pizza with Buffalo Mozzerella with sausage and parmesan cheese. And the chocolate panini, that dessert was so good! What a way to impress me guys, good job and keep up the good work!

I’m so conflicted because the service and team are amazing. They do an excellent job of pushing during rushes and have a quick throughput. If you do not have dietary restrictions take this review as a 4/5. Great team, decent atmosphere, good food, but it’s a little pricy for casual dining.

Here’s where it significantly drops: if you are gluten free 1/5 stars for food, 5/5 for service. Recently Punch switch pizza crusts. It’s horrible. It’s not with the over $20 for a vegetarian pre-built pizza. This was one of the last pizza places someone who is gf could get a hand tossed pizza and now they sell pre-made crust that tastes like Udi’s White Bread. It’s horrible. Truly just buy frozen grocery store for half the cost.

The original gf was worth its price, but they changed saying it was an effort for more consistent stock. That’s BS to anyone who has worked in food. They just don’t want to dedicate the energy it would take to have better stock/demand/understanding of critical foods.

Do not go here anymore if you eat gluten free and spread the word. But the team is wonderful and amazing which sucks

I have had pizza on three different continents (including in Italy), and Punch is on the same level as the very best that I have ever had, and literally no where else touches it for value. My five-year-old son asks for it daily, and sometimes twice a day! I recommend the online pre-ordering, even if you are dining in, as the lines can get long at all of their locations.
