After a long day of travel and going north on I-35 from MSP, I decided to stop at my favorite sandwich shop for a quick, healthier dinner. Their website (and front door) said open until 10pm. I got there at 9:40pm. Everything was closed and the lights were off. If you can’t commit to your times, then don’t advertise that you can. I took my business to noodles and co in the same strip mall.

Quit going to this one like allmost a year ago,,,due to bad employee,,,,,been going back since may,,,terrific service,,,I allways get same lady in morning at 730,,,so i have now been coming multi times in morning,,,because shes the best!!!! Way to
Get this employee!! thumbs up to who hired her...not sure, but i think her hat said amy on it.....well i allways will drive a little bit farther to go here now!!!!!

Worst subway ever for the area you’re in. You would expect more. Customer service was really bad. Amy was the name of the employee. Bad attitude and no smile. She didn’t seem fond of even working. Do your self a favor n go somewhere else. This place needs to be shutdown or new employees!

First let me say, I have been coming in for years to this Subway and have never experienced a rude employee ever…. today that changed. Just had the rudest interaction with employee. Was around 430 and service was unremarkable except for when checking out. I was trying to use a e-gift card and scanned the QR code several times and it wasn’t working. The staff person asked me to use another method of payment so I got out a credit card and tapped the card on the payment consul and then received a message saying I needed to “present the card” when I asked the staff what it meant her response was both unhelpful and condensing. Instead of helping the situation she made it worse with her condescending tone and flip attitude. When I tapped again it processed but she had already walked away without offering a receipt or even handing the sandwiches to me. So rude in attitude and tone—-this person does not belong working in customer facing role. Fix your face.

Normally go to 4th street subway with no complaints. But on the subway app this store supposedly honored 6.99 foot longs with code 699FL. Problem is total never updated and over charged me. 11:25am pick up time, so I came in 10-15 minutes early to see if they could advise me on how to fix. Then everything took a turn for the worse. Not only did staff show no interest in helping me and looking at my email to show them my concern. Staff person kept cutting me off and didn’t give me the time of day. Saying I would have to talk to manager that was not there. Asking her “would you just look at email”. I guess this was her last straw and told me she would not proceed with my order. Wow, ended up going to 4th street and having excellent service. Now I get the hassle of following up with credit card company and management to see how they correct poor customer service.
Update:
Management called back, listened and explained. Simple explanation that applied to only one sandwich per order. All could have been avoided with patience to customer. One star to 4 stars.

Please figure out the prioritizing of online orders vs walkins! I waited 30min for my order, watching all walkins being served ahead only because I ordered online. It’s ridiculous and certainly doesn’t make me want to come back. I’ll just go somewhere else when I need FAST food that I can order online.

Haven’t experienced anything too terrible here, but also disappointed. Until pretty recently there was a manager who was working here all the time, his sandwiches were great. Now, there’s a younger man who seems pretty new and could benefit from some more training it seems. His sandwiches are really not good (under-toasted, sloppy and lacking with ingredients) and his people skills/energy seem near-nonexistent. Won’t be returning to this location for the foreseeable future.

Why are the bathrooms and most of the dining area closed at 6pm when you’re open until 10pm?? Dude behind the counter tried giving me roast beef when I asked for Steak.

Patience might be needed with new people working there. My 2 subs had the condiments wrong and was not a good kind of tastey :( and they were slow but at least they were nice-ish.
Oh and the turkey tasted different...
