This is my all time favorite place in the lakes and Fargo area! We cherish it for special date nights with the cozy and quaint atmosphere. I love the gluten free menu options. The food is absolutely divine!

We had a reservation and went to The Blackboard to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary. And we were so glad we did! The servers were friendly and attentive. We loved the entire atmosphere of the screened in porch. It was cloudy and drizzly but we were not uncomfortable due to the heaters in the porch. The food was phenomenal! We had the Sirloin Meatballs and Crab Encrusted Walleye. Treat yourself and go to The Blackboard!
If we could give this place a 6 star review, we would!! Mads was our server. She was amazing!! Super friendly staff. She had the best recommendations for things to try. THE FOOD….. WOW!!! 😍 The drinks… also wow! We will be coming back so soon.
