what a fun find. The food was great. The service was better and stuck in the middle of nowhere in Verndale Minnesota. There’s even room for about four semi trucks if you park right. It’s definitely on my list of here’s where you’re stopping. I had the prime rib special and it was awesome. The salad bar alone is worth the trip.

Argh ye maties! If ye be wantin a hardy meal then this place is where the X be markin. The mates on board were very friendly. Grub was good enough that I made me own cook walk the plank. And prices didn't make it feel like piracy on the high seas. I suggest ye be making a trip and see with yer own eyes.

I've been here a few times now as I'm passing through the area. I like the atmosphere and the food is good at a fair price. Some of the prices are on the higher side, but that's most places now. I met the owner the first time I was there and he's a nice guy. The breakfast buffet has a large selection. I prefer to order and I've enjoyed the food. I've had really good friendly service during a visit and I've had slower, not as good of service on a visit. So it really depends on the server and possibly the day. We all have off days and it's hard to find good help in the restaurant field. All and all good experiences and we'll be back when we're in the area.

I've had the pleasure of visiting 3 times since we moved to the area. The first vist, was great. We waited for a bit, but the food and server were fabulous. The second visit, my husband's food arrived very quickly and we were asked if there was any thing else we needed. I asked for my dinner, the server looked like a deer in headlights. They totally forgot about my dinner, it came about 20 minutes later. My 3rd visit was today, just dropping in for some take out. I was budgeting so I checked the website first. Everything was nearly twice the price as what is advertised on the website. So, I ended up ordering some, and making the rest at home. Please update your site with he correct dishes and pricing. Please ensure all orders are entered in correctly. All servers courteous and accommodating, very happy with the staff

Absolutely wonderful. Onion rings were the best ever. Philly prime rib sandwich was fantastic. Cheesecake was great. Better food than most restaurants around Brainerd.

Having passed this place multiple times on the way both to and from camp, we were finally hungry enough to stop here on our way home, and we were so glad we did. The theme is undeniably attractive with a supercool logo. The interior decor and features are nice. The layout works. The food was damn good. The service in particular was impressive. Especially during what was clearly a peak period. Our server even caught an error on our order (delivered by another staff) while passing by our table before we even realized ourselves, then fixed it immediately. Outstanding.

I almost had a confrontation from a customer claiming to be a bar tender. Very rude! I will never visit this place again. Only reason it's 2 instead of 1 star, cuz it looked fancy n serves expensive steaks. I left before eating because of the customer bar tender who yelled at me, yet had a child at the bar. Like seriously?
