Probably the worst Dairy Queen ever. I drive out of town to Waconia just to get a blizzard that doesn’t suck.

AVOID THIS DQ!!! Turn around and run FAST! Whoever owns this Dairy Queen should not be allowed to own or represent the company. This Dairy Queen is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to! There was a line in the drive-thru and no one was being helped, the inside lobby had people waiting and none of the staff was acknowledging ANYONE! I asked almost every customer inside waiting if they were helped and every customer told me they were just being ignored by the workers here…. HOW IS THIS PLACE EVEN OPEN?? I ended up leaving and so did the other customers. Whoever owns or manages this location must be absolutely incompetent because they obviously are HORRIBLE at business. What an embarrassment of a DQ location! No wonder this is the worst rated Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen! Whoever owns this place needs to have their franchise removed. What a joke.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have been to. I have tried to give them multiple chances and it is a total joke. I ordered 2 blizzards- not difficult considering it is their JOB. 1 was missing sprinkles and the other was supposed to be a Reese’s peanut butter pie blizzard. It was CINNAMON with peanut butter cups. That is not what it is supposed to have. We arrived to the worker worrying more about flirting with the young girls in lobby than customer experience. When he asked my wife for her order the SECOND she started talking he held up his finger and said one second and kept talking to the other girls about a party. Absolutely unacceptable and if it was me I would have fired him on the spot. I’m not sure who owns this but they need to take ownership of this site and hire better employees and make quality products. What an absolute joke. Save your money.

Watched a staff member sweep the floor with the broom then take the same broom to the top of the tables where people sit and eat off of and swept off the tables to “clean” them.

Bad service, ordered one of the numbered meals then he asked me what I ordered so I told him the number again, then he asked me what was included in the number meal..... I had to tell him what is clearly marked on the menu! Then I get up to the window and it was still wrong. Maybe he was a trainee or something? If that was the case no one was helping or instructing him. If that wasn't the case, then that is just pathetic.

Flamethrower burger and chicken tenders are awesome here, can't go wrong for a quick

Tables had dried pop on and crumbs on top bathroom was gross roll of paper towels on the vanity soaking wet my flamethrower burger was dry the bun was rock hard. We got a refill on our pops when we finished eating both our pops tasted like blood. Pure iron. Completely
