I am a customer and I had the best dining annd entertainment experience with the incredible staff here at Floyd’s bar! The band was Coconut Tiger, such a class act! The band was high energy, the bartender Frizby was our favorite! We had a large group of us but Frizby our girl did a AMAZING job of taking care of us, it was spontaneous, we came in for a quick bite, and it ended up being an entire night to remember! Thank you Floyd’s Bar staff! The security guys were kind but badass too, the funnest night I’ve had for a long time!

Awesome place to hang out especially in the summer, great live music and patio life. Unfortunately service kind of sucks here. As you wait patiently at the bar for a drink the bartenders will give you the stink eye and don’t ever say “be right with you” or acknowledge that you’re there and i’m a bartender!

Eric gave the worst service ever! Very rude and closed kitchen early. I’ve never had such a bad experience as I have had with Eric. Very unsanitary place and no toilet paper in ladies room. Don’t waste your time, walk across street to the burrows instead. They will at least serve you food.

Bartender Frisbee mad our time at Floyd’s so much fun! We stopped by after my best friends bridal shower and it was so fun! She made sure we were taken care of! It was a great experience!
We walked in, sat down, waited 10 minutes without even a hello. The girl behind the bar looked at me 3 times and then proceeded to clean off a table instead of acknowledging we were there. We ended up leaving. I can understand if the place was busy however it wasn’t. Very Disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I'm giving it a low rating because the blue cheese dressing served with the chicken wings could easily be the worst blue cheese in Minnesota. Clearly the person who selected the blue cheese for the restaurant hates blue cheese and does not want anyone else to eat it. Kind of reminded me of what eating vomit out of the bottom of a garbage can would taste like.

3/20/24 worst food I have ever eaten! Cole slaw had old brown cabbage in it and to the point I would not even take a second bite. Chicken tenders were debateable at best. Cheeseburger, well, not sure that’s what it really was but as I had the order to go and drove back to Eden prairie with it I didn’t return the order It but instead trashed it immediately! Beer was terrific but food? NEVER AGAIN!!!

Floyds has become a disappointment over the years and has gone downhill tremendously. Extremely poor service at the bar. (no wait staff on the patio on a Saturday afternoon) Bartenders pouring themselves shots and drinking them while customers being ignored at the counter to place an order. The food has gone way downhill IMHO as well. Floyd's used to be one of our 1st choices when in the area, but that is changing fast.
