Great sandwiches I had a Ruben and fries the Ruben was the best I've had in awhile and the fries are seasoned just right on top of the food there is a whole deli/ meat market. Tons of different wiskeys some that are hard to find at other liquor stores and a good wine selection as well great place to check out

We opted to dine outside at one of the small tables, but there are also a few tables available indoors.As a self proclaimed burger connoisseur, I can confidently say the bacon double cheese smash burger I ordered far exceeded expectations. The burgers were absolutely phenomenal, boasting a perfect balance of charred edges, flavors and textures. The buns were fresh, buttered and beautifully grilled with an excellent amount of crunch along the edges. The bacon and American cheese complemented the juicy beef perfectly, creating a truly memorable burger experience! I found myself wanting to immediately order a second burger.Although I don't typically write reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience at Butcher's Deli. This gem in Victoria is definitely worth a visit, especially for burger enthusiasts. Exquisite sandwiches! I've ordered the Italian sandwich twice and both times I've been in heaven. The sauce array in store is comprehensive. There are tons of drinks options in store and plenty of interesting snacks and candy to pair with your sandwich or deli options. The workers are very kind, and there is always music playing in the store.

Brandon brought a vision to life with The Butchers Deli. He takes pride in it and he does something very rare as a business owner. He will sit down and visit with you, answer questions, ask you questions, explain his business model and what makes them more than a Deli.The food is great. My wife and I ordered one of the burgers and the also the sirloin sandwich. We each ordered fries (we could have shared a single order but we ate both orders….Every. Single. Fry.)The staff are knowledgeable and so stinkin’ nice….i think my wife was about to hug them.There are some hidden gems on the wall of wine and liquor. Take a few minutes to look it over.After we ate our lunch in the deli, we purchased thick cut pork chops and some deli salads for dinner.

The burgers! We grabbed something to eat, dining in, before an outing at the arboretum. Juicy, hot, cheesy, huge--all in the best way. We didn't love the fries (who even cares just eat more burger) and the Reuben was very good and also huge. The second half of the Reuben was great the next day heated up in the air fryer. The burgers aren't very "save half" friendly--be hungry and chow down. Priced well. But bring your piggy bank money to splurge on a bottle of something special. The place is also a bottle shop and has a very wide variety of intriguing liquors and wines.

Not only does he have the best bourbon collection around, but the food is delicious. I try to stop in at least ever other week- the smash burgers are perfect. Read multiple recommendations to try this place, well worth it for the burgers alone. My son could barely breath he was inhaling it so quickly after praising it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. The burger is more akin to a cheesesteak with a ground burger patty and melted cheese with every bite. Will absolutely go again.
