Steak was done well, great service, nice rustic northwoods atmosphere.

We ordered twice and one of the items were out both times. Had the server told us us we would have known. Once we finally ordered she never came back and asked if it was ok or we n refer anything else. Steak was way too salty and wraps have no sauce. Very dry. Didn’t know sauce was an add on. However server didn’t ask so it’s in a to-go box. They have high potential.

The food was completely bland had no flavor, waitress was talking about bartender but in turn did not do a good job herself, took forever to get drinks, we waited for our bill for 20 minutes. All around bad experience the lady that brought our food out was friendly and nice, our server was no where to be found. Would not reccomend.

Happy hour 3-6pm is 2 for 1 beers. They actually have some beers other than coors light or mic ultra. The moose drool is damn good beer. We had the spinach artichoke dip and it was fantastic. Martha is owner/bar tendress and she is great too!! Friendly locals all said the food was great there. We will be back.

Have some unique foods on menu.. took some time to decide what to order. Offer some specialty beverages that many local restaurants/bars do not offer.

I took my date to have some meatloaf and ribs..The food was marginal and tasted bland but edible a real marginal meal... Which is odd we had eaten there several times in the past..And the food was serviceable.This time me and my date both had a bad reaction to the food.I called as soon I could after the incident and was told by the manger?? Owner ??That basically he didn't care and it was my problem..So I guess I can only say in my opinion I wouldn't eat at Adventures in Virginia, Mountain Iron area as they are incapable of having a mistake.Good luck with your dining adventures!

The Shrimp Alfredo was very dry and made with penne. The French fries were way over done and crunchy. Upon checkout my wife and I simply asked a man behind the bar what the surcharge on our bill was. He immediately rolled his eyes and became very disgruntled. He was very unpleasant, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I wrote a comment on the charge slip pertaining to his conduct. He took the slip off the bar crumpled it up and threw it out. We will never again step foot in this establishment.I this person is the owner or manager, I could only imagine what kind of workplace environment the employees have.
