Ordered the 4 roast beef sandwiches, with a large fry. A chocolate shake, and a ham and Swiss meal. 20 miles away and discover the ham and Swiss isn't there. And of course that was my hubby's meal. So darn frustrating

Stood at the counter waiting to order for many minutes without any service. Made eye contact with a girl working who did nothing but return to her personal conversation with 4 other employees standing around in a circle. I was also seen by at least 2 other employees, same thing. Extremely unprofessional and lazy. I ended up leaving

Okay, I know a 16-year-old might’ve been training, but come on… who taught them that a proper chicken slider should come with a mayo flood warning?? I opened the wrapper and the mayo practically waved hello. I couldn’t even find the chicken — it was lost somewhere under a thick layer of Hellmann’s. This wasn’t a sandwich… this was an art project called ‘How Much Mayo Can We Get Away With?’ Arby’s, I didn’t order a mayo bath — I just wanted a chicken slider. Please get your life together.

Idk what happened to this Arby’s over the last month but dang did they fall off. I spent 30-40 minutes waiting for my food idek how speaking it was pretty dead that night and they didn’t gaf about the lobby at all and every single trash bin was full to the brim with garbage to the point that people had to leave there garbage on the tables, the best part was when I left and seen a worker throw a fit about it like it wasn’t there fault for paying zero attention to the lobby, not that hard to change the bag in the garbages. Don’t even get me started with the food, I ordered a French dip and the Au jus sauce was literally hardly even liquid it was like a salty gravy, and this is the same place that forgets the dip for the French DIP. Yeah if I were yall just don’t come here if u want FAST food or QUALITY FOOD. Sad to see how fast this place went downhill within 2 months.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich, large curly fries and a medium soft drink. My order took 20 minutes to receive and my takeout was 1/2 an order of dry, cold fry ends (no curls) and a cold & dry sandwich.
I used a promo “free sandwich” coupon but I don’t think today’s experience will entice me to return.
I gave service a 2 star rating because the counter service was very prompt and polite.

This was the worst service and food I have had in a long time. It took 30 minutes to get the food and when we got it it was not even warm. The unsupervised staff goofed around the whole time. Very unsatisfied that not even half eaten it was thrown in the garbage.
