Placed online order for a single sandwich and fries at 650pm midweek. Over the 35minutes it took to get my food I confirmed with them twice that I was the online order, during which time I only counted about 10 total other orders being processed, none of which appeared overly large. When they finally brought out my food I asked if it was still going to be warm at which time they offered to remake it.
Definitely NOT the A crew working there as there was at least 5 people in the back ‘trying’ to process the few orders that came through.

Food was typical Arby’s which I typically enjoy but don’t go to this place unless you have lots of time to kill

10/1/24 7pm worse food a service I've ever had. 4 people in the restaurant and it took 10 minutes to order and when we got our food the food was cold and under cooked. They don't even deserve a 1 star!

Service was quick even when they were busy. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend going there.
Traveling back from the cabin and stopped by here for dinner and the place was a mess! The floor was so sticky my shoes literally stuck to it and my foot came out. Bathroom that worked was dirty and the food was probably the worst Arby's I've had anywhere in the country.

My wife and I went in here during the typical dinner time window (6-ish) on a weekday. Entering the restaurant it was clear the standards were low at this location judging by the general appearance and physical state of the facility. We went to the counter to order (wait for it…) a couple of roast beef sandwich meals and were told they had no roast beef because someone had forgotten to put it in the oven. Sounds a bit like a SNL skit, but it is a true story. An Arby’s Roast Beef location with such a low level of competency they didn’t even have their namesake product available for purchase.

So I wanted to order the Caribou combo. Coffee and a sandwich. They would NOT allow me to order it unless I was a perks member. I Don't want to be a perks member. So I cancel my order. In what universe did the powers to be decide this was a good policy.
