We ran across this shop on our way home from vacation and WOW is all I can say! They have such a variety of candies it is mind blowing. It was hard to decide what to get, but everything we tried was incredible. I love caramels and theirs did not disappoint. We also got some of the rice candy, air candy and turtles. All of it was delicious. They also have a little soda fountain and gifts. Everyone working there was super nice too. Do yourself a favor and make sure to stop if you are in the area or even if you aren't in the area, it is worth the drive.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! I purchased 5 items, a caramel apple, 1/2 pound turtles which have standard regular prices which rang up right BUT the 3 other items that are priced per weight, he randomly put prices on that were higher. After I realized this and reached out to them they said I was wrong, I then send pictures of price tags and my receipt. They claim they will issue the refund but that was Saturday with no follow up. The couple dollars is not the big issue, it’s the issue of how many other people were overcharged and unaware.

I was making a delivery there, and there was a lot of good smells in there. I went into the store and looked around, and I had to leave. I would have spent way too much money there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My cousin who lives in Virginia brought me some of the turtles when she came through my hometown, they were delicious. So the next time I was in Minnesota I made sure I got to your delicious candy store and stocked up on turtles, fudge and a few others assorted delights. I highly recommend your store.

Friendly staff. We were treated to walnut fudge - amazing!!!! The absolute best. We purchased a box of truffles to share and toffee. Tried the toffee when we arrived home, also absolutely delicious.

I grew up with Canelake’s and it brings back so many good memories. I love to stop by when I’m up north or I order hot air online multiple times a year :) Even though I live far away now and have been to other chocolate and candy stores, absolutely nothing beats Canelake’s!!! <3
