Does not offer whole milk for your coffee. Very disappointing. The main reason is because they make more money on the drink since 2% is cheaper. Horrible experience in addition to over steaming the crappy 2% milk and ruining whatever is left of the latte flavor.

I love stopping at this Caribou for coffee! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place is always nice and clean. I tried one of the staff recommendations of putting caramel in the apple crisp energy drink and it was so good!

This place needs a cashier. We waited over 10 minutes staring by the cash register and no one came. I finally ordered on the app. I watched people wait and then leave when no one bothered to ring them up.

Very friendly staff, but they forgot part of our order, the shaken espresso was not good, regular coffee also not good, no milk or anything available to add to my drink to try and make it better, and the WAIT TIME WAS UNBELIEVABLE. 30 min wait for 2 shaken espresso, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and a plain bagel that they forgot to give us. Had to turn around and go back for the bagel - ANOTHER 10 min wait!
They were friendly, but I will not go back.

I had such a great experience grabbing coffee at Caribou! The service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was absolutely delicious—smooth, rich, and just what I needed to brighten my day. The staff clearly care about what they do, and it shows in both the quality and the atmosphere. It truly was a day-making stop, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
