I stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Once I placed my order I continued to wait while a worker paid more attention to a printer than making drinks. After 20 minutes I had to leave without my drink. Plan time when stopping here.

I went and got my Birthday Drink on the 12th of this month, and they were just absolutely Friendly and Easy to talk to, the asked if I wanted extra shots of Expresso, I mean who would right?, it was the best decision ever because it was absolutely delicious! I got the Caramel High Rise Cooler with 2 shots of Expresso.
Parking: Theirs quite a few parking spots, but you can park in the bigger parking lot at the mall in the same area.

Customer service is great! I had ordered a drink from the app as I sat in store working, and as I approached the counter that held several to go orders, I heard one of them say something about “we need to remake that drink”. I didn’t think anything of it and reached for the drink that had my name on it, only to be stopped by an employee who informed me they had seen someone take my drink, drink out of it, and then return it to the counter. The employee told me they were making me a new one so it would be just a few minutes, and they apologized for the issue. Thank goodness for the eagle-eyed watchfulness and honesty of this Caribou team! Very grateful for the great customer service, the delicious fresh drink, and for them watching out for my well-being. Hats off to them! :)
My mom & I were here July 7th 2024, at 7 am. We had just received our coffee & food and noticed we did not receive any napkins and there were none for us to grab. My mom politely asked the girl behind the counter for napkins and she quite literally yelled back at my mom “WE ARE ALL OUT!!” We were both shocked and taken by surprise. It was so disrespectful and rude. I hope there can be some staff education done about how to interact with other humans without making them feel uncomfortable.

Furniture could benefit from a good cleaning. Old Food products, napkins/kleenex etc under and along side the cushions.
Drive thru was quick and beverages were great! Used to have more gluten free options.

Ordered 1 espresso shot with cream and 1 Toasted bagel with cream cheese- no cream available at this coffee house!? (only 2% ?) and received a cold bagel with a tiny spoonful of cream cheese in a separate plastic container….. just go across the street to the grocery store for a full sleeve of cold bagels and a container of cream cheese for 1/4 the price.
Baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable.
