Got chicken strips meal. All was good except Sunday. It tasted dine but topping was more then needed. I worked at 4 DQ'S in my life. We had to weigh, everything. This was not made like the onex I was taught. Taste was great though. And boy if I could do the cakes they would be selling better. Sorry don't mean to think I know everything.

This is my second time ordering in the app for pick up in store and both experiences were similar, but today's experience I'd say much worse than the other time. All I ordered was an ice cream cone and a small shake.... and went inside when it said the order would be ready and it was so packed inside I didn't want to wait in line when I had already ordered and paid online so I stood and waited wherever I could fit up front by the pick up area (at least what appeared to be the pick up area as there were no signs telling where to go). After 20 minutes or so of waiting and disorganized chaos.... I left with a cone and something that looked like my shake but definetly wasn't what I ordered. The place looked run down and there was only 3 staff working there who were running as fast as they could but obviously couldn't keep up with the busy pace. So overall, it's expensive, takes forever to get your order, and there is no clear directions of where to pick up your order if you do online pick up. Maybe the drive thru would be better??!!

A busy place to eat for a small restaurant. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The food was good. The booths and tables could have used some cleaning.

The lady at the window was really sweet and told us our icecream would be a 40 minute wait because it’s so busy. So we told us to go park in the lot with the other people. Many others ended up waiting and waiting and just left without the icecream they paid for. We waited for about over an hour and my boyfriend had to go in and ask them for it because they apparently forgot.

March 11, 2025, 8.30pm. The order of plain cheeseburger was screwed up 3 times, had to return and fix. The order of the deluxe cheeseburger came with black hair inside the box. HAIR!!! Like an anecdotal classic! Really??!?!? Awful quality control, guys! Very disappointed.

The burger and cheese curds were pretty good but the sprite was out and they took like 45 minutes for a burger and a fish sandwich, still getting three stars though because they refunded us and threw in an extra burger without us asking so props to them for that but either way, cmon now, I work in a high end restaurant and it doesn’t take us that long for a few sandwiches.
Great food, good customer service, clean tables. The floors were a little dirty but it's also winter in northern Minnesota so it wasn't because of neglect, just poor weather. Otherwise it was a good experience dining inside.

Went in and ordered and gal was very fast to take order. Got food quickly, however, was cold. Went to bring food back to get warmed up, and was actually told every meal is freshly made. Um, highly doubtful. This has happened more than once. Will only get ice cream from now on.
