I love this Domino's! They make the best cheesy bread and pizzas. I do have to say a few years ago, it was not that good at all. They never got the order right, the food didn't taste the same and the people working there didn't seem to like their jobs either but this past year and half they really stepped up their game and the food is consistently delicious and the people who work there all seem happy to be there and are very friendly to talk to. It's easy to use their app to order and there's always a deal offered on the app too, plus you earn points to go towards free food whenever you make a purchase using your domino's account. Overall this place is well organized, and definitely priced right for the quality of food they offer.Kid-friendliness: The employees were so nice to my kids and asked if they wanted to go on the steps to stand closer to the area to watch as they make your food and then talked with my kids while they showed them how their food was all put together.

The manager Mellisa is terrible!! after canceling my order i called the store to explain that i could come pick it up due to my phone not ringing. Mellisa decided to then hang up on me. i came to the store to get my food when she yelled at me,"your order is CANCELLED!!"on the bright side, the other staff members were wonderful and helped me place a new order. i feel bad if you work for this lady.

Don’t write reviews very often but I felt the need to acknowledge the fantastic service here- especially by Kyle at the register. He’s always very friendly no matter the day! Also he remembers regulars names’ and will sometimes go grab your pizza if he sees you walking in! Great job!

Eh. They finally deliver to my area of town again. Food was OK. Driver left the food at the wrong door tho. 4 dollars to deliver 2 miles is crazy. Wish Virginia would get a good pizza place like Sammy's or Pizza Luce.

Never again. Ordered curb side delivery. Tracker said it was done. Checked in. No one came out. Went in after 8 minutes. Staff was rude. Could see order sitting there. Would not take my name. Spoke with the manager who said the tracker isn’t accurate and they are busy and had $4000 worth of orders tonight. After 30 mins finally got pizza. Never have this issue at other locations! No offer to try and appease me as the customer. Could not rate my experience on the website because the website still says “answer after receiving your order”.

Extremely disappointed. We have ordered delivery many times online. We always are notified when the driver is in our neighborhood. Today, no notice. When I finally went outside to check it was on the steps as we requested. However it was cold. The salad I got had a smashed tomato and the onions were old and runny. The pizza had to be cut because they hadn't sliced through the bottom crust. And the crust was soggy. Plus we found a hair in the pizza. When I spoke to the manager on duty he said it is the fault of the app, not the store. No offer of refund or credit of some kind. I am extremely disappointed! We will not order from them again. ?
