The last 3 times I've been here the service was awful. The employees don't appear to like their jobs, I ask for no mustard and I receive mustard. I order Diet Dr. Pepper and receive Diet coke.My husband told me not to make a big deal about it. But 3x in a row is ridiculous. 2 OUT 3 TIMES I ordered through the app and 1 time I ordered in person all the employee did was huff and puff over the intercom. The picture that was posted of a guy who works there is the same guy when I ordered in person. I don't care for the feeling I'm bothering your employee when he's there to serve other folks.

Cashier named Rachel is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers as well as other employees. Throws your food on the counter when it's ready spilling fries. Food is good but have no desire to go back and be greeted by her.

Service was horrible. Waited for an employee to take our order and just as we were leaving they came. Gal was rude when she did get there. We were the only people in the store and nobody was in the drive through. After we got our food we had to listen to the employees cussing and swearing in back.

We stopped at Hardee's drive through after shopping Saturday Dec. 21st in Virgina were from Hibbing ... Ordered 2 Bacon cheese burgers just bacon cheese burgers and a large curly Fry payed 21 dollars maybe more with tax. .Were in our 70's so we want to get back to Hibbing and eat our burgers at home and curly fry's on the way home we started eating the curly fry's ..But they were half curly fry's and half French fry's to late to go back ..We got home opened the burger bag opened the wrapping around both of them they were not bacon cheese burgers they were California burgers lettuce ,Tomatoe,Raw onion and a big lump of Mayo the bacon looked half done and I saw no cheese ..My husband ate half of his I couldn't because onion makes me sick I feed the meat to my dogs .. We unpacked our vehicle and I was hungry and pissed got my bill and called Hardee's...My husband and I will never stop there again but that Hardee's is making it look bad for other Hardee's in other towns ...The only reason I gave them one star is you have to to be able to complain about there terrible service...
