We placed an order for curbside. After waiting 15 min, we went in and they just had our order sitting on the counter. We asked for fresh fries since our food was cold; the “fresh” fries from the fryer were also cold. No apologies, no offers for replacements. The ketchup dispenser was also very dirty. This is our second time here this summer, and both times we had 15+ min plus wait times and bad food. Would not recommend coming here. The reviews you read are accurate, sadly.

I don't buy often but I have tried 3 times in the last 6 months and every burger was wrong. 1 some weird sauce instead of the ketchup/mustard listed. One bacon Qtr Pounder, No Bacon???, and now no onions again and it was stuffed with onions. I am done sponsoring this McDonalds. Terrible at online orders.

The service was very slow. I decided to order my food in the restaurant; and pay the cashier. I waited 18 minutes to pay for my meal. Then addional 30 minutes for my food to be ready for me. Most of my food was indeed cold and mixed up my grill requests. I don't recommend this McDonald's location to anyone.
