I’m sharing this review due to a frustrating but avoidable experience with a mobile order.
I accidentally selected counter pickup instead of drive-thru. When I arrived and explained the mistake, I was told it couldn’t be changed. I’ve had this adjusted at other McDonald’s locations—either by releasing the order in the drive-thru system or simply handing it out—so this felt unnecessarily inflexible, especially since the order was already prepared.
On top of that, the Mini Oreo McFlurry was poorly made. As shown in the attached photo, the Oreo pieces were barely mixed, with most of them sitting on top and plain ice cream underneath. It looked like only a partial scoop of Oreo was used, and it didn’t resemble the consistency normally expected.
I’m not trying to be difficult—just hoping for more flexibility and better attention to quality going forward. These small details really impact the overall experience.

I witnessed my disabled friend with the biggest heart be attacked with hostility by the district manager. All she wanted was to drink her water in peace and the district manager had been watching our group with disgust for a while, she marched over and told her to act civil or she needed to leave. She cannot use her arm so she was drinking from her cup on the table. I am disgusted by this district manager and wondering what McDonald’s was thinking to hire her and give her such a high power position.

Both managers one named Brenda was yelling at a kitchen staff who is a vulnerable adult . Was uncalled for. Also saying since people were waiting for food outside that this certain staff person should bring out the food since it’s apparently his fault they had to wait. There was no need to keep putting that person down. This is the third time I’ve seen this manager Brenda do this. There needs to be new managers who treat their workers better.
Wish I could give it a zero. Don’t even ATTEMPT to order food early in the morning because there’s not chance on earth you are going to see it before 9 in the morning. Multiple times now I have tried to order breakfast from this place in this morning on my way to work, I ordered at around 7:10 AM. It’s currently 8 AM and there is ZERO update on my order. I called the store and they said that they don’t have anything in their end when I put the order in through their app. Why does this keep happening, this is not ok.

We placed an order for curbside. After waiting 15 min, we went in and they just had our order sitting on the counter. We asked for fresh fries since our food was cold; the “fresh” fries from the fryer were also cold. No apologies, no offers for replacements. The ketchup dispenser was also very dirty. This is our second time here this summer, and both times we had 15+ min plus wait times and bad food. Would not recommend coming here. The reviews you read are accurate, sadly.

When you the person in working drive though you shouldn't say you have 15 minutes left put your order in that is very unprofessional of you to do
Took over 20 minutes to get our food in the drive thru line on 8/1. And when we finally received our order, the food was not fresh and hot. Not a good experience.

I don't buy often but I have tried 3 times in the last 6 months and every burger was wrong. 1 some weird sauce instead of the ketchup/mustard listed. One bacon Qtr Pounder, No Bacon???, and now no onions again and it was stuffed with onions. I am done sponsoring this McDonalds. Terrible at online orders.

Thank you to the staff! I was having a horrible day and not only did I get a great meal quickly but talking with the staff was the best part of my day. Will definitely be back
