Pizza Hut

We ordered at 12:00pm for delivery no food wouldn't answer the phone finally went up there and they told us that a door dasher picked it up WTH we didn't didn't hear anything from a door dasher what has happened to the pizza hut drivers we had no answers from anyone won't order from them anymore

Is this pizza hut dining room ever open anymore. Every time I go the dining room is closed. Used to be such a good restaurant back in the day.

I don't want to leave a star based review because I've gone there twice during lunch hour now to find them closed.

Please update your hours. If you've rebranded as a classic the dining room needs to be open.

Food was excellent, got it within 15 minutes. But the inside could use a remodel. Outdated.

Yea the star us so I can just say if you call on a Saturday at 8 they're out of pizza. Personal pan too.

The online ordering sucks, the app sucks, and the website sucks, and when you think it can't suck more--you call the store to order and you get India and they can't understand anything so while everything else sucks, calling them is worse. Long gone are the days where Pizza Hut used to be the go to for pizza delivery. Sad to see such a tradition go downhill as far as it has. Snickers Pizza is better quality product and better service but you have to wait longer for it. If Domino's delivered to Gilbert, I would have ordered there.

Update, just see for yourself the quality of pizza you get. Delivered by a guy who participates heavier in extra cirricular activities than Willy Nelson. Pretty sure the pizza is going to give me a contact high.

Order was 41 minutes late. Was not customized as requested. Called the local number, no answer. Followed prompts to report a problem, just rang until call was disconnected
