The kids were really excited to order a heart shaped pizza, so I ordered one on the Pizza Hut app. The pizza gets delivered and it’s a circle. Two kiddos are immediately disappointed. I call the store and whoever answered just says, “Oh, we aren’t doing heart pizzas” no apology, nothing.

extremely nice, very clean and the pizza tastes amazing. A much better experience at the one in Virginia compared to the one in Grand Rapids. I will gladly take the drive to Virginia for now on for Pizza Hut.

absolutely horrible customer service! ordered delivery online to be told it would be 2 hours of a wait which I accepted in order to escape having to wait 2 weeks until my money was reimbursed to my card. When they show up they have news for me that my card was mistakenly charged twice for the same order. I asked if I kept the extra order and allowed the extra charge of my card could I be credited on my account for the amount I was overcharged for Sure? i was reassured that keeping the extra order would not ruin my chances of reimbursement being credited for me on my account so I keep the extra order only to call the manager to find out how much they were going to credit on my account and I am told that I will not be given a refund at all because I was the one who made 2 separate identical orders 10 minutes apart from another and used 2 different phone numbers for each order as well?!! I try telling her that I absolutely did nothing of the sort and did not own but one phone anyways so that was impossible! nor did it make logical sense that I order the same order 10 minutes later again?! This manager argues with me that she wont take my word as truth that I had not made those orders and that I also had kept the extra order of food so they get to charge me! That delivery driver had conned me into accepting the extra order of food and promised me reimbursement for a mistake that was not my fault! Only to deny they had stolen my money and reassured me that keeping the extra order was not going to end up meaning I had to pay for it! They accused me of something I never did completely abusing me as a customer and told me to deal with it ! That is stealing from their own customers and conning them out of being able to have the issue resolved! What in the world is Pizza Hut becoming by blatantly admitting that they hold No respect for the customers rights or satisfaction in any way ?! I feel victimized and robbed and forced to accept that I have no options available to protect myself and report being cheated out of money at all! I WILL be making sure that I share this with as many ppl as I possibly can and convince them to stop giving their business to Pizza Hut in Virgina MN! This is not going to be good for this company and they should be punished for being criminals that steal from the very ppl they are meant to serve! Disgusting disgrace!

Went here excited for the pizza after the one in my town closed down went here order 24 "hot wings" a large "pan" pizza and an order of bread sticks. The bread sticks were the only thing that was done right first the wings came and we're flavorless I am assuming the went with mild wings.
