Great service. I came in just before close and everything was cleaned and wrapped up. I thought I was going to get denied service, but I hoped not as it was a very long day for me and I was starving. Not only was I served but the employee there was very understanding, respectful and friendly. The sub also turned out delicious.

I would like to give negative stars

The worst management I was blamed for my order being wrong manager stated they don’t care about special directions and admitted to intentionally ignoring them and telling other employees that she is always going to put sauce on my chicken sandwich just to be petty I was yelled at for asking it to be remade or refunded

On a long road trip and stopped here for a break. Four workers, and only 1 was actually making subs. 7 people in line. The lady could not tell us how long until our order was going to be taken. Only could say making 8 subs, and then 2 more and was very rude about it. That place needs a new manager. Maybe one worker can do call ins and one can actually help customers at the store. Worst subway I've ever been in. We left without eating. Unorganized, rude, inattentive workers.

Today I was very kind to the young woman who took my order and I was met with attitude for no reason. She honestly made me feel bad just for ordering a sandwich and I didn’t do anything wrong. I know firsthand customer service sucks but there’s no reason to be rude to people who don’t deserve it.

They had a new worker there when I went in today. They had a a sandwich being made at the same time my sub and sons sub was being made. They almost gave us the sub that wad being made. I will not go to the subway in Virginia mn. I will keep go to the subway that is located in biwabik mn.

I just had the worst customer service experience at the Subway in downtown Virginia. The employee yelled at and swore at me and my family for parking in the Subway parking lot. ?‍♀️ It was 11:55 on a Saturday morning and we were the only customers in the parking lot or in the store. A moment later the same employee was behind the counter barking at me about my online order. She was disgusting and extremely rude. We won't be back.
